No smoking is permitted in the home. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Please also respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise us as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Our site managers are typically available to get to the home quickly and/or answer any correspondence as quickly as possible. Please contact us for any immediate needs. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to your booking agency.

Perfect Ski Weekend Stay

The cabin was charming, the kitchen was stocked with tools for cooking, and the wood fired hot tub was magical. It's a perfect place for families or a couple who are looking for a Catskills getaway or are skiing in the area. Would definitely come back.

Ski trip at Windham

We had a great time and had no issues. 6 of us stayed in the house and it was the perfect size and a very nice layout. If your planning on skiing at Windham it is a very easy drive to the mountain. 100% would stay there again! The host had amazing communication and was very helpful!
