This Balinese-style villa offers dramatic 180 degree views across its infinity edge pool to Barbados' famous west coast and sunsets. Situated on a ridge-top one-acre property, this home has mature gardens and features hand carved wooden fretwork and stone carving design elements from Indonesia. Its stone and water courtyard spaces ensure stress free vacation time. And, because it is powered entirely by its own rooftop solar PV and uses a rainwater capture system, you can luxuriate guilt-free.
The space
This is a family home with three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large study with a comfy pull-out sofa bed. The spacious house has high ceilings and is cooled by steady prevailing breezes. It has warm wooden flooring throughout and the living space features carved water and stonework throughout. The house has been designed to embrace comfortable outdoor living, alfresco dining and to be energy self-sufficient.
