Spacious villa in fashionable Westmoreland upmarket area 1 minute from sandy blue water west coast beaches.

Its accessed via double electric gates and has plenty of parking

it has a large enclosed garden. 2 large patios ,2 large lounges. 4 large bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and a main bathroom. Large fully kitted out kitchen and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine etc. and intruder Alarm, Safe, and burglar bars to windows.

At the entrance, the kitchen, the downstairs lounge and the bathrooms, hand sanitizers are provided.

There is Wifi, Cable Tvs and Hi Fi systems in each lounge

There is Air-conditioning to all bedrooms and 1 lounge. Fans available if preferred

Its adjacent to a 18 hole Golf Course and tennis courts.

Value for money villa close to beaches and restaurants

This 4 bedroomed villa set in its own grounds provides excellent value for money for groups/families up to 8 people. It is only a 10-15 minute walk/2 minute drive from some nice beaches and a 10 minute drive to Holetown with large supermarket and top of the range shopping. Just a few minutes from the ABC Highway so easy to visit all the tourist spots around the island...we really made the most of our stay

Relaxing Stay

The villa is an older property and must be respected as such. It feels like a home and not a holiday let. It has 2 beautiful verandas that offer cool Easterly breezes whilst viewing the garden and the wildlife that visits. All the rooms are of a very good size, and offer all amenities if someone is confined to 1 floor. The owner is very supportive and helpful, as is the manager, who will always pop round if you have a problem. I do think you need a car when staying at this property, which then provides good access to the local beaches, restaurants and shops. The family enjoyed their stay and would love to return.

Not as good

Hello all Beware this place is nice and has a good location but lacked in maintenance. Drains backup, dining chairs break, little to no water pressure. Ground keeping lacks. Also had a power outage with no air conditioning for 2 days. The manager was great and assisted us as much as possible. I would wait until covid guidelines are lifted before going as you will have to quarantine for 5 days here with a tracking bracelet like being on house arrest. Besides that it is a beautiful island and people are friendly.

Excellent choice

A really nice, spacious family home with all the space, facilities and equipment you would hope for an easy stay. Lovely garden, quiet location but easy walking distance to the beach and some excellent restaurants (Lone Star, Jumas) and easy to arrange deliveries or taxis for trips further afield. We rented this property at short notice and are very grateful to both the owner and the property manager for making this possible and very pleased with our choice. Recommended for families. Recommended for quarantine.

Best accommodation Ever

We were very amazed with the accommodation as it turned out to be, not just a villa, but the best that we have ever stayed in. All the facilities as expected, such as microwave, fridge, coffee maker, double cooker, etc were there. It's like from home to home. The monkeys kept us entertained. We mastered their comings and goings. In the morning as if going to work, and in the evening coming back the opposite direction to go home. Quite amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully well. Mr Winston Collymore gave us a head start of where to go, like sightseeing, and where to eat out as well, such as Speightstown Fisherman's Pub. We had a good meal there. The hot water was good for our morning and evening shower. Our overall impression of the Villa was excellent. We will recommend it anyone and would like to go back there in the near future.

Amazing villa,close to the beach

The property is amazing. This was our first time in barbados and it had all the amenities that we were looking for infact more than we excepted,. The Vila is on 3 levels . It's very spacious and bright. The villa manager,Ms Fields is just fantastic,she has the full knowledge of the whole island,as has the owners. We can't fault anything about this villa. We will rent this villa again.

Fantastic house in a great location. Memorable hol

The Villa was spacious, clean and well furnished and exceeded our expectations. The location and neighbourhood are good. Short stroll to lovely beaches, close to shops, restaurants , bars and entertainment without being in the midst of it Soothing valley breezes and views from the balcony. Airconditing in all bedrooms although some of us slept with the windows open as the property is very secure. The entire family was so delighted with ever thing that we are now planning to return next year Spot on!

The only holiday lets have been to a USA Film Crew working on the Barbados 50th Independence Anniversary Film about Errol Barrow who led Barbados to Independence, A CARICOM Team delivering Sustainable Development Workshops in Barbados and other CARICOM countries and two couples one of whom runs a Polo Academy and was doing some work at the Apes Hill Polo Club and decided to take a holiday afterwards before returning to the UK

I spend most of my time in the UK and I have an excellent Property Manager, who ensures that Guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Why they chose this property

The Villa is spacious, homely, well equipped and safe.

There is a monitored alarm and external camera . Fully enclosed and accessed only by double electric controlled gate burglar bars to the windows

Its in a superb upmarket location adjacent to tennis, golf facilities and restaurants and near to two outstanding Polo Facilities.
Its on the fantastic west coast of Barbados and the beautiful white sandy beaches are just a minute away.

Its very close ( 2km)to Holetown with its shops, restaurants, Bars, Clubs, cinema and Culture. Close to every thing but not on top of it. Superb access to all parts of the Island

The Villa is outstanding Value for Money. One potential Tenant and his small family wanted to Rent the Villa but unfortunately I could not accommodate him as I had taken a booking which although it was for only one week would have clashed with part of the 3 week booking

The disappointed enquirer booked a two bed apartment in the development that backs into my back garden - a 3 times the nightly price of the Villa. Nice apartments but they are not large spacious Villas with their own private gardens

So you get a very nice, well appointed spacious Villa, in a fantastic location, close the beach, shops etc for very good value.

In addition the house benefits from cooling valley breezes and has a large covered balcony leading off the upstairs lounge and, a large covered Patio leading from 3 double doors of the downstairs lounge

The outside spaces are well furnished and the lounges are each in excess of 40ft

The Villa is near to beaches, bars, restaurants, Lime Grove Mall in Holetown, Cinema and clubs without being the midst of it
