Charming house, two floors, four bedrooms, suite, beautiful view, pool, barbecue, special location, (the house is located near the Governor's Palace: constant policing in the region), quiet street and close to great shopping; bars, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls (Botafogo Praia Shopping and Rio Sul!), Several nearby bus stops and subway a few blocks taking you quickly to Cup beaches, Ipanema and Leblon! Bicycle rental close the house, for those who prefer two wheels:) Landfill Park is close to excellent leisure option, ideal for bike riding, skateboarding or football matches, etc. besides providing a spectacular view of Sugarloaf. Up to 10 guests.

Total decay and disrepair.

Decent neighborhood. But conditions of the house are close to inhabitable. Leaks in different places (bathrooms, inside the rooms in at least one top of a bed etc...)Bedsheets smelly and filthy, Had to change them all and at least one with old blood stains. Some of the new ones had still a weird smell. Window glasses broken in at least two rooms. Microwave and dish ware filthy. Parking not inside the premises. Very loud and noisy water pump did not allow a comfortable sleep. Mold and humidity in several places (rooms,bathrooms) and terrible smell.

Imóvel super amplo, com ótimas acomodações! Bem equipada, internet boa Fica no meio de muita natureza e é extremamente silencioso! Ele fica um pouco mais afastado do “fervo”, mas não vejo isso como um problema! Era exatamente esse sossego que estávamos buscando! Fica a poucos minutos a pé do bairro e fica mais fácil ainda se você tiver de carro/uber. Além disso, a comunicação com o Luiz foi muito tranquila e ele foi muito colaborativo em relação às nossas necessidades de check-in! Obrigada, Luiz!

Infelizmente deixou a desejar

A piscina nas fotos parece ampla, na verdade deve ter no máximo 5x3 m. A casa comporta 10 pessoas, mas a churrasqueira não, além disso, não é a mesma churrasqueira que é apresentada nas fotos do anúncio. Dois dos banheiros não possuem janelas para uma mínima ventilação, o termostato que regula a temperatura do chuveiro não funciona. Os banheiros da parte superior apresentam vazamentos para o andar de baixo, apresentando goteiras na cozinha, inclusive uma delas em cima da pia da cozinha. Quando os 10 ocupantes estavam na casa, por inúmeras vezes o disjuntor da energia elétrica caia, deixando a casa parcialmente sem luz. As roupas de cama e toalhas poderiam não apresentar cheiro e sinais de muito tempo guardadas. O micro-ondas e o forno elétrico não funcionaram, sendo que, o micro-ondas foi substituído por outro (este veio com um aspecto interno muito feio).

Casa muito funcional

Próximo de tudo na Zona Sul e bem equipada. Mesmo ficando em um lugar bem úmido, não sentimos cheiro de mofo. Luís foi um anfitrião ótimo e nos respondeu com muita presteza e agilidade.
