Base Camp was perfect for our weekend on the North Shore. The house is lovely and the bedroom/bathroom setup is was great for a weekend getaway with friends. Communication with the host was fast and the check-in process easy.

Great home!

This VRBO is beautiful, fully equipped and tastefully appointed. Beds were heavenly and it was nice to have 3 king beds. Location is central to all things we wanted to do on the north shore. Great place!

New years ski trip

Went up with some friends and family and had a blast. Close to the ski hill and beautiful place to come back to and have a dinner all together. Everyone had a room and plenty of bathrooms so we weren’t stepping over each other. Was a great place to stay for a ski trip

Gorgeous house, perfect stay

We had a great time staying at this property. The place is beautiful! It was a great location. Very clean and super thoughtfully stocked. I have never rented a house with a kitchen as well stocked with cookware and supplies as this one. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely want to return!

Wonderful property you won’t want to leave!

My race crew and I used this property as our base camp during the Superior 100 Endurance run on the Superior Hiking Trail. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Location is great, has all the amenities you need, and Shadee is a great host! Highly recommend this property for any North Shore adventure, big or small!

Basecamp is great!

Stocked with everything you need, and more. Very comfortable beds, hosts very responsive and cared about making sure we had a great stay. Perfect location for skiing- loved the big TV, oversized couch, comfy chairs in front of fireplace. Hoping to visit again in summer to use the great screened in porch.10 out of 10!
