Overall satisfied

Overall, I was quite pleased with this property. The home is spacious, well-equipped with necessities, and conveniently located just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only complaint was a slight lack of cleanliness, specifically the dirty floors, which I did make the property manager aware of. I appreciate that she responded in a timely manner and openly accepted feedback. Overall, I was satisfied with this property and enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location- easy drive to Bradenton and Sarasota beaches, restaurants, stores. Quiet neighborhood, east to get to and from. Grill was new and clean.The house could use some work. Almost every set of blinds had broken slats. The porch screens were torn, letting in bugs and even some leaves. The pool was dirty when we arrived and remained so for the first week that we were there.The kitchen was not well appointed, the pots and pans had scratched and flaking teflon surfaces which made them unsafe for cooking so we bought a skillet. There were no baking pans so there really wasn't a way to use the oven. The washer and dryer are oriented at 90 degrees to one another, so the dryer door only opens about 18" or so making it very difficult to load and unload (I did so on my hands and knees).Note: this is not a good place for seniors or people with mobility problems. The living room is lower than the adjacent rooms by about 4", leaving a lip that caused several stumbles and near falls. The beds are on frames that are only a few inches off the floor, making it awkward to get in and out of. To sum up: there is nothing horribly wrong with this place, but there were enough annoyances to make our stay less than satisfying.
