Getting around in Atlanta you have so many options!

Parking can be a difficult to find in Downtown so we definitely recommend taking advantage of our free onsite parking, included in your stay, and using ride share options when possible.

Uber or Lyft is a great way to pop around town without worrying about finding parking!

Rentable Scooters and Bikes can normally be found right in front of the building. This will make the trip down a few blocks to Ponce City Market and adventure and a breeze.

Atlanta does have public transit! The Marta has trains and busses that can get you all around town. There is a bus stop within a 1 min walk from the property. We recommend searching the MARTA website to plan your trips.

Then the easiest way around this area would be on foot. We conveniently located to so many great spots to see, dine, and relax. We recommend taking advantage of the walking distance to so many great places nearby!

4️⃣ Respect the neighborhood. This is a residential building—be mindful of noise at all hours. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and guests must adhere to local noise ordinances.

Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements

📌 The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit for the entire stay. Adults cannot book on behalf of someone under 25—they must be present throughout the stay. A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking.

I would have expected more for the price, and especially for someone considering it a "boutique" hotel. The listing stated that it was a double size sofa bed whereas it was only a twin size. The litchen had a coffee maker and a small ampunt of grounds in a mason jar in the cabinet. There was no sugar, creamer, stir sticks or anything to be able to enjoy your cup of coffee. I am an avid traveler, and this is the first place I stayed where I ran into that situation. At nighttime, in the main area, there is only one desk lamp and two very bright overhead lights available, making it a little inconvenient to those who do not like super bright overhead fluorescent lighting. . I would suggest a floor standing lamp in the corner by the eating area. I was a little worried about the extra sheets for the sofa bed in the closet. It looked like they may have been previously used, as the were just wadded up in the plastic bag, not folded . Overall, with the price I paid for this rental, a bit more attention to detail would have really made the place into what it can be. So much going for it already. Great location, nice balconies, minimalist boho vibe, and rooftop lounge area.
