Stay in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment in Midtown Atlanta during the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers convenient access to Arts Center MARTA Station, providing an easy route to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This 1BR/1BA apartment includes a separate bedroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTV for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups.

Guests have access to a swimming pool and fitness center, along with bi-weekly cleaning, fresh linens, utilities, and two free parking spaces. Strong A/C keeps the space comfortable during Atlanta's summer.

With restaurants, Whole Foods, and Midtown attractions nearby, this is a convenient home base for your stay.

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Really Good Experience

The apartment was cozy, had a nice view over the pool area and loved having a parking garage (it rained quite a bit while I was there and it felt safe). The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect and close to dining, grocery stores, highway, etc. I was only there for a week but I travel fairly often for work and being on body building prep this was definitely the best choice. Beautiful property but the air conditioning never came on. Fortunate on the first night it's was cooler out but the temperature got to 78 indoors on both Sat and Sun. We're sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the air conditioning during your stay. When you alerted us about the issue, we began our normal troubleshooting steps and found that the issue was more extensive than we thought originally - it turned out to be a building-wide issue. Unfortunately, the building was not able to resolve the issue during your stay, but it has since been fixed and the AC is up and running again. Next time you are in Atlanta, you can test it out! The unit was perfect for my needs. i was in town for 2 weeks and able to work remotely from the apartment. The building was quiet and easy to get to the interstate. Great location only 2 blocks from Whole Foods and near the new Colony Square. I will definitely be back!

My experience at Spectrum Apartments

The luxury 1 bedroom at spectrum apartments provided by BCA Furnished Apartments was perfect. Everything was a plus, from neighbors to location. Also was very clean and peaceful. I can definitely see myself staying there again.

Apt is great and clean. Building is terrible. Enter through a dunkin dounts drive thru line, then navigate an elevator behind big heavy doors. Once at your floor you have to go to the complete other side of the building. The construction is cheap as you can hear everyone on both sides and above you even though they aren't being loud.

Weekend Getaway

The place was very neat and clean. Convient location. There was no iron in the apartment which was a first. The checkout list is a bit extreme. We had to basically clean up our mess and take our own trash out but it states that the cleaning fee. Team BCA Response: We're happy that you enjoyed the apartment and our great location. Irons and ironing boards are included with all our apartments; guests can always reach out if something is missing or broken 24/7. Our checkout procedure is thorough, and it is to help ensure that nothing gets left behind. We know our guests like to make our home feel like theirs, and nothing can damper a trip like an important item left behind. After each visit our housekeeping staff goes through a detailed check list to clean our units top to bottom. Thank you for your stay and we hope to have you stay with us again next time you are in Atlanta.

Incorrect lockbox number given

On my arrival, the lockbox number given to me was incorrect. Luckily, the combination code was correct. So I had to try several lockboxes until I found the correct one. Team BCA Response: We are sorry for the mix up with the lockbox letters. With our contactless check-in, you can arrive at your leisure and get right into your room. We are also available 24/7 to help assist with any questions that arise during your stay. We are glad that we could host you during your stay in Atlanta and look forward to seeing you again.
