Enjoyed Our Stay

The house was spacious with room for friends and family to visit. The pool was wonderful - always warm and our 8 year old grand daughter swam day and night when she visited. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, a little far from any shopping areas, but we soon learned our way around Port Charlotte. When one of the air conditioners leaked water, we contacted the property manager and received a quick response. The owner called and sent a repair man right away and it was taken care of promptly. We stayed for the entire month of March and felt at home in this rental property.

Wonderful Month

Spacious, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Great having a second fridge in the laundry room for extra beverages. Loved the pool and canal access, even caught a few fish. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen table only has seating for 4 persons, but outdoor table easily seats 6-8. Had a great stay for the month of February and love this area of Port Charlotte.
