CDA Cozy Downtown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Previous 5 star reviewed property now under owner management. Completely updated home stocked for the traveling professional or anyone in the medical field. Blocks from the medical corridor and restaurants and entertainment. In addition to the 2BR, the home includes a sofa bed in the living room and a separate office with high speed internet.

Our cozy cottage is minutes from the beach, downtown restaurants and nightlife. This home is newly remodeled with a large fenced backyard and fully stocked new kitchen. In the spring to fall we have a bbq and outdoor table to enjoy the covered patio and it's just minutes away from downtown and the lake to go explore.

Built in 1921 we lovingly restored and updated this former family home and now enjoy sharing it with family, friends, and guests coming to Coeur d'Alene. Inside is clean and we don't allow pets so it's free of pet hair allergens.

Rooms:
* Queen Main Bedroom. Includes a wardrobe and two side table with lamps and black out curtains.
* Full Bed Second Bedroom. Includes a wardrobe , one side table with lamp and usb plugs as well as a chair.
* Third sleeping area is in the pull out sofabed in the main living room. Please let us know prior to staying if you'll be
using the sofabed and we'll have the linens ready.

Amenities:
* 55" Fire Smart TV with Amazon Prime, additional live channels, and free apps. Also can login to additional ones.
* USB and extra outlets in living room for charging.
* Air conditioner placed in the main room but does a great job keeping the cottage cool in the heat of the summer.
* Recently updated fully stocked kitchen with a large sink with disposal, stainless tub dishwasher and gas stove.
* Hall closet holds the newer stacked washer and dryer.
* Back office can be completely closed off and is set up with desk and chair as well as windows for natural light.
* Beautifully refinished original 1921 douglas fir hardwood flooring throughout, so no carpet.
* Covered back patio is lovely to enjoy the outdoor space and includes a BBQ and table for 4.
* RV Parking is available in the rear yard off the alley.
* Portable high chair and pack and play available upon request. Please note the cupboards and home is not
officially babyproofed, so please take extra care with young children.

*Head downtown to the City Park and beach for a beautiful walk by the lake or enjoy swimming at the lake.
* When downtown enjoy walking the world's longest floating boardwalk.
* Hike Tubbs Hill off the 3rd St boat launch.
* Enjoy a big Gooey dessert at Dockside inside The Resort.
* Golf at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course and boat out the The Floating Green
* Head to north 30 min to Silverwood Theme Park for the day of roller coasters, the train, and theme park fun.
* Head West to Riverstone on the Spokane River to walk the path around the pond and eat at Bardonay.
* Drive out CdA Lake Drive around the lake to Higgens Point. Park in one of the lots and walk the path around the
lake for a while.
* Parasailing on the lake is always a fun time. Sign up on the dock at City Beach Independence Point. Also there is a
seaplane that will take you on amazing rides above the city and surrounding areas.
* Sign up for a zipline tour with amazing lake views. Their space in the the Resort Shops. So fun!
* Drive East to Exit 22 and hike Mineral Ridge for amazing lake views.
* Ski at Lookout, Silver Mt or Schweitzer in winter. Snow Tubing is also available at Silver Mt.
* In the summer Lookout Mt rents bikes and ride the Hiawatha Trial full of old train tunnels and outstanding bridges
and views.

Please note: Since this is a active vacation rental so we charge a cleaning fee of $125. This is payable by cash or Venmo. We only ask that you follow a very easy check out list when departing. (ex. start dishwasher, start laundry, take out trash, etc)
There are two outdoor camera at the property. One at the front door and one pointing to the back door.
