LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The DOWNTOWN location is awesome! Five min walk to Lake Coeur d'Alene, beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking! This cute 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath cottage is only 6 blocks from vibrant Sherman Ave and the CDA Resort. Stroll downtown or ride the bikes (complimentary). Many new upgrades including a new hot tub, new flooring throughout, kitchen upgrades, furniture upgrades, etc. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Large flat screen smart TVs. Sleeps up to 6 people, most comfortable for four. Off street parking (driveway with carport) and storage shed to lock up your gear (at your own risk). Bicycles and hot tub are for use use at your own risk. STR Permit #52384.

Great little getaway

Perfect size for the wife and I but room for more if needed. Walking distance to downtown shops, food, marina. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to book again if we are in the area. Warm atmosphere and you can tell the owners took pride when designing the place.

The location is wonderful! Easy walking to downtowntown and all the action. The cottage is cute and had everything we needed. Karey is a great host, very attentive and helpful. We loved the golfing, boating and restaurants.

The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. We value and appreciate staying at properties that provide the tools needed for us to help keep things tidy and this house was well-equipped. Communication during check-in was seamless and quick. It fit our family of three perfectly and we would definitely stay here again for any future visits to the area.

Good time in CDA

This property was exactly what we expected as far as location and space. It’s a bit dated but adequate. We had no internet connection for the duration of our stay but were credited $10 to get a hot spot by the owner..I would recommend bringing a hot spot with if you are working as internet and cell service are sketchy.

Quite Stay

This is a mice cottage located near downtown Cour d' Aelene. The cottage was clean with great decor. There are 1 things you should know before you stay here. If it's summer, there is only one air conditioner located on the kitchen, but if you place the fan in the door way plus open the windows, the place will stay cool.

Perfect little family cottage

Our little family of four enjoyed our first trip to CDA and our stay in this cute little home. It was perfect for the four of us. Very clean, had everything we needed, communication with the host was great, and it was the perfect walking distance from downtown. I would definitely recommend to anyone for a nice visit to CDA in a quiet neighborhood!
