Our 2-floored, lone-standing, comfortable holiday home is located directly at the sand beach of the laguna. The house (85 sqm) for 7-8 persons has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a living and dining area and kitchen with heated floor and a garage. The garden (180 sqm) with mediterranean plants is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs and barbeque grill.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen

Wir hatten in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus einen entspannten und sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es fehlt an nichts, alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir sind mit einem weinenden Auge gefahren. Es hat uns unfassbar gut gefallen, auch unsere Hunde haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer es eher ruhig mag, sollte im Mai Juni fahren, da ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Wir können es zu 100 Prozent weitere empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Un dépaysement total

Un véritable goût de paradis. Une vue impressionnante. La maison est vraiment très bien agencée, l'installation d'une clim serait un véritable plus surtout avec la chaleur. On se sent en sécurité, les vélos disponibles étaient vraiment agréables. Système pour les clefs très bien pensé. La vue du balcon est incroyable, on se sent apaisé dès l'arrivée. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour ressourçant et des souvenirs plein la tête.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Die Lage an der Lagune ist sehr schön.

Beste Lage, super schön

Wir haben uns alle ( 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 Hunde ) sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt am Strand der Lagune gelegen. Einfach herrlich und wahrscheinlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr gut und völlig unproblematisch. Das lange Suchen hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Très bel emplacement d'où l'on peut profiter d'une très jolie vue, de la proximité des commerces (à pied ou à vélo) et du calme. Location fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Une location conforme en tout point à la description

La location fait partie d'une résidence en bordure de l'étang du Grazel. Les prestations et les équipements de cette petite maison sont excellents. Comme mentionné par un pécédent loueur, il serait peut-être bon de prévoir des chaînes TV pour une clientèle francophone.

tolles Haus, optimal für Familien+kleinen Kindern

zum zweiten Mal in Folge haben wir unseren Sommer in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Das optimale Haus für Familien mit kleinen Kindernund Hund. Die Autofahrten zum direkten Meer entfallen, da man das Wasser direkt vor der Tür hat. Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund, die Kinder (5 Jahre, 2 1/2, und sechs Monate) - Badeschuhe für die Kiddys sind zu empfehlen, da in dem Sand sehr viele Muscheln leben. Diese Muscheln haben wir aber auch gesammelt, und eine Stunde später lagen sie dann auch schon auf unserem Teller. Rezepte sind in den informativen Büchern im Haus zu finden. Das Haus selber ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Nicht ohne Grund sind wir gleich zwei Sommer hintereinander dorthin gereist. Gut und günstig Lebensmittel einkaufen kann man übrigens in dem großen Einkaufszentrum von Narbonne (15min entfernt) - die Erfahrung haben wir in diesem Sommer gemacht, obwohl gleich um die Ecke auch ein guter Supermarkt ist, aber für einen Großeinkauf lohnt sich schon der andere. Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön, diese vielen Weinberge, die alten Gemäuer. Wir werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen!

Sehr gutes Haus, gute Lage

Wir hatten 2 tolle Ferienwochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Unsere Empfehlung für die optimale Personenzahl für dieses Haus sind max. 6 Personen. Nicht unbedingt geeignet für Ruhesuchende. An einigen Abenden hört man die live Musik aus dem Hafen und die nahe gelegene Disco. Unser Tipp: einfach hingehen und mitmachen oder bei Kerzenschein im Garten unter Palmen und Olivenbaum den tollen Blick über den Etang geniessen bis es wieder still ist. Wir kommen sicher wieder in dieses schöne Haus an diesem schönen Ort.

Toller Urlaub am Meer

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Alles war so vorhanden wie es in Ihren Infos angekündigt war. Wir fanden schon die liebevoll zusammengestellten Broschüren zu den zugesandten Schlüsseln sehr nett. Wir sind auf jeden Fall 2010 wieder bei Ihnen.

Super Urlaub

Das Haus ist gut und reichlich Ausgestattet. Mit 6 Persone (zwischen 11 und 45) ideal. Lage fanden wir alle Super. Freizeitangebote und Varianz ist gegeben. Wir waren alle begeistert.
