After stepping through the front door, you will find be greeted by the kitchen area that overlooks the open area holding the living room and dining areas.

Living Room: This room offers a comfy queen sofa sleeper, armchairs, TV with basic, and an electric fireplace. You'll enjoy lots of natural light, as well as easy access to the private patio.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass top five-burner stove. This space opens out into the dining and living room areas.

Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for six guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King bed, Smart TV, desk area, the en suite bathroom offers dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2 — King size bed, TV with DVD player, the en suite bathroom offers a spacious shower.

Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy the upper-level deck/patio offering a table with seating for four and an electric BBQ.

Community amenities:
Take advantage of the community amenities including a large heated pool (opened year round) with plenty of poolside seating, and a relaxing hot tub. The community clubhouse has lovely gathering areas and a full kitchen. There's also a delightful game room with a pool table and a fully equipped fitness center.
