Perfect setup for a perfect weekend with the guys for a bachelor weekend! Weather was perfect! Lots of areas to play and hang out and lots of beds for everyone. Thank you will be back again!

Our large group of 13 had a great stay at this house in Sedona! Location is very central and close to most hiking trails we did! The layout is a bit interesting, but we appreciated all options. The house was well equipped with cookware, trash bags, beach towels, and etc. Michael is also a very communicative host and we had no issues checking in / out. Would stay here again!

The host was very responsive, warm and welcoming. The house was absolutely amazing. There was something there to entertain and amaze virtually any personality. When we weren't out enjoying Sedona, we were hanging around any one of the many diverse and entertaining rooms, having loads of fun! It was a huge hit with the entire family.

This was our first time visiting this house, and we absolutely loved it! All the rooms were very clean and well organized. The coffee machine worked great, and the kitchen was spotless and easy to use. Staying here made our Sedona trip fantastic. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at this property for a family wedding, and it was spectacular. The property was exactly as described, was clean, had all the amenities and then some, and was beautiful. The only downside was that the home sleeps 20, but there is not adequate parking for that many. This is not the fault of the property owner, but street parking is prohibited (or so the neighbors said). We had a lot of stuff to transport for the wedding, so we had seven vehicles for ten people. It was extremely tricky to squeeze them all into the driveway. Honestly, that was a minor inconvenience. The host was a great communicator, and our stay was a pleasure. Thank you!

Great home with excellent amenities and plenty of space and was clean!! Amazing view from dining room! The only item worth noting is the basement layout. To reach the basement stairs, you pass through a primary bedroom, and once downstairs, rooms/bedrooms are accessed through another bedroom. Guests who value privacy may want to keep this in mind when planning sleeping arrangements. The layout worked out for our family! We absolutely loved the long dining room table where we gathered to eat and play games. Our goal was to be together as a family, and the house made it possible to all gather. The porch off the kitchen was the perfect place to drink coffee and get our day started. Everyone loved relaxing in the hot tub. The house was well stocked with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags! The coffee lovers were pleased with available selections. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The host Michael was amazing in his communications. We wouldn’t think twice renting this house again.

This is a beautiful house, and we had a wonderful stay for our parents’ 50th anniversary. In total, we had 10 adults and 4 kids. Things we loved include the following: the location was incredible- halfway between Sedona and village of oak creek; there was so much space that we never felt cramped; the host was responsive, helpful and accessible; the house was fully equipped with kitchen supplies, toiletries and everything we needed; and the game rooms were a wonderful place to relax and reconnect! The only surprise was the set up of the house: there are two bedrooms that serve as throughways to other parts of the house. It wasn’t an issue for us, but we didn’t realize that some people would have less privacy as a result. Overall, we loved it!

Mature trees that surround the property. The neighborhood is walking distance to a tennis facility and to a small creek.

What makes this property unique

Red rock views from the living room and a home that seems even larger when you arrive. Ample room and unique spaces from the tavern with a bar, shuffleboard, pool table darts, couch and 65" smart tv, Also the play room with Ping-pong, stand up arcade games, beer pong and couches. Perfect to entertain everyone for large family and friend gatherings.
