Modern North Shore Lakefront with Whole House Generator, Buoy and Private Pier!

This tranquil lake front home is the perfect retreat for the traveler looking for modern luxury in a beautiful serene setting. Stunning views across Lake Tahoe to Mt.Tallac are enjoyed the moment you open the front door. The living room and gourmet kitchen, as well as the two master suites upstairs are also open to these amazing lake views.

This home was rebuilt in 2012. All appliances, furniture and mattresses are new. The fully equipped cook's kitchen boasts a Miele double oven/microwave, Wolf stove and Zephyr island hood. The dining table seats eight comfortably and there is room for four at the kitchen island. Three of the four bathrooms include beautifully tiled large walk in showers and towel warmers. The main master bath also includes a soaking tub and his and her sinks.

Cable and internet are available with a large flat screen smart TV in the living room.

The concrete deck, tiered gardens, and private pier are lovely places for taking in the majestic beauty of Lake Tahoe. The Weber barbeque, ten person outdoor dining table and four person high table make this the perfect place for entertaining. After dinner enjoy the Tahoe sunsets from the six person hot tub or relax on a chaise lounge. A buoy is available for boating enthusiasts.

If you do venture from this self-contained paradise, shopping and restaurants in Tahoe City are less than ten minutes away. It is approximately twenty minutes to Alpine and Squaw Valley and twenty-five minutes to Northstar At Tahoe.

Peaceful and Beautiful

This is our second time staying at this home and it was as wonderful as we remembered it! The home itself is clean with an incredible, fully stocked kitchen. We love eating on the deck, looking at the beautiful views of the lake, or sitting in the very clean hot tub with a glass of wine after a busy Tahoe day. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful as well. We will absolutely be back!

We can't wait to go back. The house was immaculate, the furnishings comfortable and tasteful, the appliances top-notch, wifi quick and reliable. There is a great view of the lake when you're soaking in the soothing hot tub. The kitchen and bathrooms were also very well stocked with all the basic necessities and more. The host was very responsive and friendly, check-in was very easy, the neighborhood excellent. The pictures and description on VRBO are accurate. We wholeheartedly recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect home for amazing vacation!

The setting of this home is absolutely gorgeous (and quieter than many lakefronts in the area), and the home itself is high end and beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the linens are great, the kitchen is first rate and very well stocked, and the finishes are excellent throughout. The pier is great, the lake access is easy (not too steep like many homes are) and my kids were in the hot tub every night. On top of that, Nancy is a lovely and responsive host. Highly recommend!!!

We have been coming to Tahoe for 15+ years, and this house is by far our favorite. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare prepare and serve a large meal, and the location and view are as good as it gets. Nancy was a delight to deal with.

This property is beautiful! Sits right on the lake! Stunning views! Property managers are very responsive! Had an issue on the weekend of July 4th and they rushed over from their hike! Took less than a few hours to solve our problem! Would highly recommend this property!

Dream house - HIGHLY recommend

As other have said, the pictures really don’t do this house justice. The house is great- beautiful, high quality finishes and very spacious. Great care has been taken with amenities - hot tub, tons of games, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and tools you could imagine. The hosts are wonderful and were extremely responsive and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to put their guests at ease. But most of all- THE VIEW! Having the stunning lake view and the private dock to stroll down was the highlight of the experience. I have very high standards and this house exceeded them. I really can’t wait to return for another relaxing stay. (One little heads up was we were expecting there to be soap for the shower and olive oil/salt type of basics in the kitchen and there weren’t, so we had to go out and buy. Not a big deal, especially since there is a Safeway ~5 min away, but just an FYI to bring your own if you do stay!)

This property is great! You have a dock, lots of room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view outside. We love to sit at the little four person table by the lake. The hot tub has a great view of the lake and is close to where everyone sits. The house is very modern. It is a very comfortable place to stay.
