This four-bedroom retreat spans 2,480 square feet and is surrounded by Nordic trails, placing you just steps from adventure year-round. Inside, an open layout and statement fireplace set the tone for mountain comfort, while high-end finishes like reclaimed wood floors and TVs in each bedroom elevate the experience. The gourmet kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a reverse osmosis faucet for pure drinking water, and everything you need to cook, gather, and unwind. Step out onto the wraparound deck to soak in ski views from the private hot tub, warm up by the luxury fire pit, or fire up the gas BBQ after a day on the slopes. The master suite is a true haven with its own gas fireplace, soaking tub, steam shower, and spacious ensuite bath. In winter, head out from the heated garage, cross the street, and hop on the free gondola to reach Breckenridge's legendary terrain within minutes. In summer, enjoy quick access to town, scenic hiking, biking trails, and Peak 8's Fun Park — all without ever moving the car.

Entryway: When entering the home from the garage, there is a hallway with a long bench and built-in wooden shelves, perfect for changing out of your ski snowboard boots! We also have boot warmers for ultimate comfort.

First Bedroom / Bathroom: The bunk room is perfect for both kids and adults, with a flatscreen TV and four comfortable twin beds, all fitted with premium sheets and comforters. The first bathroom is steps away from the bunk room, equipped with a walk-in shower.

Living Room: The downstairs living area is complete with a full-size couch, chaise lounge, two accent chairs, a flatscreen TV with Apple TV, mini-fridge, and bar.

Second Bedroom / Bathroom: The second bedroom features a king size bed set with decorative pillows and premium linens. There is a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with cable and a full-size closet. The second bedroom has a full private bathroom, with combination tub and shower.

Third Bedroom / Bathroom: The third bedroom features a queen size bed, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with cable and a full-size closet.

Patio / Hot Tub: Head out to the patio to the oversized hot tub and fireplace. Take a long soothing soak and enjoy the epic twilight views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Dining Room: To the left of the stairs, you will find the dining room with vaulted ceilings and large windows. The dining room has a 6-person formal dining table and access to the main level deck space.

Deck: Head out the West-facing glass door from the dining area is the outdoor living space. The deck area features an outdoor seating lounge, as well as a gas grill, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while reading the paper or grilling food during those warm summer nights!

Kitchen: Across from the dining area is the open kitchen area with oversize island, and 4-person breakfast bar. Whether you're cooking up a storm for the crew on the 6-eye gas stovetop or baking your favorite dessert in the oven, this fully stocked kitchen is a chef s dream. Be sure you'll have everything you need including, a large sink, dishwasher, microwave, and all the appliances, including: a crock pot, blender, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig, and more.

Family Room: Head into the heart of the family room surrounding the breathtaking modern gas fireplace and unbelievable views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Whether it's family movie night cozied up in front of the oversize flat screen with Apple TV, or letting the natural light and views flood into the home, the family room transforms throughout the day.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out — with gondola access, too! Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers rare, direct access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Beautiful property in Shock Hill

We loved using the gondola outside the front door to get up to Peak 8. House was roomy, beautifully decorated, and high end. We had an amazing stay.

Very enjoyable..being next on the gondola was better than our stays at the bases of Peaks 7 & 8..heated garage was a combined with additional height so we didn’t need to remove ski box..all facilities exceeded expectations….management werervery good..found and for
