About this property

Welcome to Persimmon Place! Enjoy this lovely, off-the-beaten-path home for a weekend, week or month with your family & friends! Easy drive to downtown, airport, shopping, restaurants. Spacious en-suite primary BR has king bed, huge closet, nightstands with built-in charging stations. Private fenced backyard is a great place to bbq, relax & watch the kids play. We follow a specialized cleaning process for your peace of mind. Come be our guests!
The space
Aside from the 3 comfortable bedrooms, we have a separate office, a dining room that easily accommodates 6 & an eat-in kitchen with a table that seats 4 to 6, and a spacious living room with comfy seating. The front porch has a small bench & back patio has a bench, several chairs & 2 rocking chairs. There's also a barbeque grill for your use. The private, fenced-in back yard has plenty of room for kids to play. We're removed from the hustle & bustle of the big city, down a long & winding road, in a safe & friendly neighborhood. We pride ourselves in offering a haven of peace & privacy. So if you have a problem with anything, please call us asap to resolve the issue - we will do everything in our power to make it better for you! Please consider working with us, rather than posting a negative online review, which can be very damaging for a small business like ours, especially if the issue can be resolved amicably & privately. Thanks so much!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, including the fenced-in back yard & the two-car garage. The locked exterior shed, for owner's storage, is not accessible.
Other things to note
Would you like something special for an occasion, like a birthday or anniversary? We can provide wine or Champagne, flowers and/or chocolates. Do you need a high chair or stroller? Just ask & we'll provide a quote for your unique situation. There is a second tv upstairs in the primary bedroom, but it can be moved to any bedroom (please ask when you book, so we can do that for you). If there is anything else that would make your stay with us more comfortable, efficient and enjoyable, please let us know. We aim for your 5-star review!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Helena was very communicative and helpful. The place looked just like the pictures which was a great plus along with how spacious it was. It was so peaceful and comfortable i almost didn’t want to leave. She also had notes to help understand how everything worked and labeled things to know what everything goes to. I will be going back and forth quite a bit now and look forward to booking with Helena again. Thank you for being an amazing host and making my stay most comfortable!

Wonderful weekend

Property was just as pictured! Nice and clean! I would stay again if I needed to. Less than 30 minutes from mall to restaurants!
