Great place for families

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and were joined by adult children for about a week. It was a good location, centrally located for spring training in north Phoenix (Surprise and Peoria). The place had the requisite amenities. Mina, the host, was very helpful and responsive.

Everything was good except that the pool was not usable. I rented the house because it had a pool. I feel she lied to me because she said they were waiting for a pool tech that was never coming. No communication regarding pool. Just be honest! House was clean. Basic kitchen supplies. Beds were least comfortable. Loud squeaky matress cheap sheets. House was very clean which is the most important. Very sad about the pool.

While photos and check-in instructions are accurate, host is slow to communicate. We left something there that host agreed to meet us at future date to pick-up, yet ghosted us on that day. If expecting to use kitchen, be prepared for no blender if still included in listing and to buy some items at Dollar Store: ice cube trays, cheese grater, whisk, plastic wrap/foil, zip bags or storage containers. Master bath on main is awkward set-up and no bath towels (had to borrow from upstairs), and BBQ grill was not cleaned from previous user. Only a single dishwasher pod and no back-up trash can bags. Location is close to Walmart and Surprise Stadium which met our needs. Pool table was fun to have. Be prepared for Luke AFB fighters early mornings - luckily we love watching!
