There is also a fully stocked kitchen with Viking Appliances as well as a dining and living area with a wood burning fireplace and massive picture windows. The entire downstairs has polished concrete flooring and sliding glass doors leading to the upper patio which has a dining area. From the Upper Patio there are a few stairs leading to the lower patio where there is an additional seating area and umbrellas.

Back inside, the tiled staircase leads to the upstairs where a newly remodeled full bathroom with tub & shower is located. The primary bedroom is located upstairs as well and has a Cal King Casper Mattress. There are pocket doors in this bedroom that can be opened or closed to your liking.

There is adesignated off street parking spot available. We also have a level 2 EV charger in the carport that can be used for a small fee.

**PLEASE NOTE** There is a detached guest studio down the back hill of the property that starting March 7, 2024 will have a guest staying in it. In order to access it they must walk across the lower patio to reach the stairs that lead to it (this is pointed out in the photos should you want to see). There are no shared spaces and no windows of the guest studio that face the main house so there is still a feeling a privacy.***
