Fresh, JUST Renovated Madison Apartment
Beautiful, JUST-renovated 2 bd/1 ba unit waiting for you to make it your temporary home away from home! Fresh bathroom updates, and kitchen renovations make for a bright, welcoming place to stay. Utilities, wifi, and a smart TV included. We provide an A/C unit for warmer months. Newer washer and dryer located in the basement. Non-smoking policy applies to the whole building and premises. We allow pets by approval and have a large (unfenced) backyard and tie-up cables to give your furry friend(s) some time outdoors. **Please note that the listing states the pet fee is $75.00/pet/month.**
Our rental is located in a quiet neighborhood in Madison. Restaurants, coffee shops, parks, botanical gardens, and bike paths/walking trails are conveniently located. The nearest grocery is a 5 min drive away. Starbucks is just a few blocks away! Downtown Madison is a short 15 min drive.
