Our bright living area is on the ground floor of a beautiful South Padre Island resort.
We hope you enjoy our sun-filled living area. Just outside our backdoor is lush grass, the dunes, and the sea shore.
Our cozy, beach-cottage condo will feel spacious thanks to our open floor plan. The natural light from our large windows reaches all the way across our home.
Just outside our backdoor are the 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and tennis courts. Along the path you'll find the resort's private beach access gates and outdoor showers.
Our ground floor patio is nestled behind the dunes. You'll love the sound the waves washing in.

You've hit the jackpot with our home-away-from-home. It's on the ground floor; it's beachfront, and it's got amenities galore! Your family will think you're a hero for renting this gem. We've packed our 1 bedroom with sleeping space for 6 to be sure you and your guests each have a comfortable corner to rest your head. We hope you find our modest, well-appointed slice of paradise a comforting addition to your vacation on the Best Beach in Texas. Our ground-floor condo has a covered patio with a grassy yard between our back door and South Padre Island's award-winning restored dunes. Just beyond the dunes is endless sand and surf. You will have direct beach access from the resort, a rinse station, as well as all the resort amenities you could ask for - pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, rentals, poolside snack and drink bar, kiddie pool (formerly a hot tub), and on-site security. Nothing compares to a vacation on South Padre Island.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Hot tub, heated pool and beach access were just a few steps outside the patio doors. The outdoor electric grill was a nice addition.The surprise was EVERYTHING worked.We would be happy to stay here again.

Great Location

The condo was very clean and close to the pool. The only thing it was missing was the morning sun. Everything else was perfect, beds comfortable, plenty of dinnerware etc. for making your own food. Close to beach and easy access. Was a great trip! Thank You

Always a great stay.

We’ve stayed in this particular condo a few times and always check for availability here first. We love the easy access to the beach. No stairs, no elevators. Beach equipment can be left on the porch instead of dragging through the condo every time. Theres a great grassy area right outside for kids to run around. The beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked. Laundry is right at the end of the hall. We look forward to staying here again

Simple & close to everything

The condo was simple, just what we needed. It was close to the pool & the gate to go to the beach - just what we wanted with the kids! There is a large grass area just out the door where kids can play too! Condo has what we needed for amenities. The couch cushions could use a good cleaning though. With the sand from the beach, wet bodies from the pool & humidity, the cushions were a little sticky feeling & dirty. Check in was easy, but know it is not on the property, so, plan extra time to go there. Kitchen had the items we needed to cook & make cocktails. Overall, this condo was exactly what we needed!

Condo was nice. Although the beds are situated to where it’s difficult to get to an outlet close to either bed. There is not a coffee filter in the coffee maker, so make sure you bring some. Also, the dust pan does not allow you to actually get sand off the floor. There is a nice storage room off the patio to store your beach stuff so you aren’t bringing in additional sand. The mosquitos are horrendous this year, so bring extra mosquito spray

Location: perfect. Cleanliness: good enough. Beds and linens: great. Amenities: wonderful. The only problem we had was a security knocking on the door when only my 10-year-old was at the condo and when he said who is it, the guy continued to press buttons to come in. My 10-year-old ran and grabbed us at the pool. When I asked the older gentleman that was working maintenance, he said it was a pest control worker and they let themselves in whenever they want even if it is occupied by a guest. When I notified the owners on VRBO was never called or written back. There is a huge security issue with a master key can “come in whenever they want to”. This is not a standard protocol I have ever heard of. This issue should be addressed before something terrible happens to somebody.

This condo had great access to the beach and pool. I wish you could exit through the back porch and lock the door behind you, rather than always having to leave out the front and walk around. The kitchen seemed updated. The bathrooms needed updating. The furniture was sparse, but it didn't bother us. It can sleep 6; however, the rental company only allows four people in a one bedroom condo. The AC broke, but the maintenance was easy to call and they came and fixed it right away. I had no cell phone reception in the condo, and there was no land line phone. I also couldn't keep the wifi working- it would get on and then kick off. There were also ants in the kitchen and a cockroach in the bathroom (rental company said they'd get that taken care of). All in all, we had a great time at the beach, but the condo itself was just okay.

I have looking into your reservation and am not sure how there could have been a mix up on the number of people allowed in the condo. We advertise the condo has allowing 6 people. It is unfortunate that the A/C unit went out during your stay but I am glad we do have an A/C Technician on staff that was able to take care of that the very quickly. We have also addressed the WiFi issue in the condo and have also had the condo treated for pests. It is very rare to have any issues like this so we wanted to make sure this was only an isolated issues. It was nice, but we were constantly fighting off roaches which grossed us out. We couldn't really buy groceries or bring food back due to all the roaches which was VERY upsetting. I had to through out alot of stuff we did buy because of this. I did tell the welcome center, but Never heard back from them.
