The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew in the well-appointed open kitchen. Complete with all stainless steel appliances, cooking will be a breeze. The home offers a second living area by the main entrance, which is adjacent to the dining table. Spend memorable evenings chilling on the deck, which overlooks a large backyard and is a great spot to unwind after a refreshing splash in the community pool. Sleeping arrangements include the main suite on the first floor and all three bedrooms upstairs. The main suite enjoys an en suite bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub.
This darling townhouse enjoys a strategic and fantastic location near supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and local attractions, including downtown Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, Jungle Jim's, Herring Point, Gordons Pond State Park Area, Milton Theatre, Delaware Seashore State Park, Rehoboth Beach, and Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please respect the no-dog policy.
Streaming is available using your own accounts. There is no cable TV.
The pool is open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to Monday of Labor Day weekend, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A pool card is required and is included with the rental. A fee will be assessed for lost or stolen pool cards. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
