The home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an opened loft, a well equipped kitchen, and an outdoor screened patio. The first floor master bedroom includes a queen bed a a private attached bathroom. The second floor includes 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The second floor master bedroom includes a king bed and private attached bathroom. The third bedroom includes 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. The fourth bedroom includes 2 twin beds. An additional shared bathroom is located off of the hall with a tub / shower combination. The second floor loft serves double duty as a great second TV watching area for the kids and as a 5th sleeping option with the full size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and ample closet storage.

Great house

The house is more spacious than the photos suggest. It was clean and comfortable and so close to the bike path. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for a family!

The house was perfect for our family. The house is even nicer than in the pictures. the proximity to Lewes beach, downtown Lewes, Rehobeth were perfect. The ability to walk to the bakery (Old World Bread) and distillery (Beach Time Distilling) was a treat. We loved having a screened in area off the back to relax and play dominoes. The owners were nothing short of fantastic. They were great with communication the whole time we stayed there. I would absolutely stay here again, and plan to!

Fantastic house

The pictures do not do justice for this property. It is a lot larger than they portray. From my elderly grandma to my 7yr old we had a blast and made great memories staying here. The community is quiet, the pool was so nice. Jason made checkin so easy. The house was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed for our large group. We look forward to coming back down!

Clean place

Property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The house worked well for our family. The community pool was smaller then we anticipated. There were only two TVs, which was our overlook. We assumed for the price and size there would be some in the master suites. Kitchen was not as “fully stocked” as it stated. Which made it difficult to eat in for all of us. All in all a nice clean property.

Fantastic!

Great place! Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Close to main highway. Nice pool. Kids enjoyed PlayStation. A nice home away from home.
