1950s bungalow, completely and immaculately renovated inside and out in 2023. Comfortable, cute, quiet, and cozy. Walking or biking distance to everything Eugene has to offer. (2 blocks from bike/walking path. 1 block from Berkeley Park. 3 miles to U of O. 2.5 miles to downtown. 4 miles to historic Hayward Field. 8 miles to Eugene Airport.)

Private patio in back and covered front porch for our guests to enjoy. Detached laundry room with storage area and extra refrigerator.
