About this property

Welcome to the newest and funnest place to stay in Logan valley!

The Big Blue Barn is 1/3 condo and 2/3 indoor gym. It has every game you can think of to play, including indoor pickleball, badminton, basketball, ping pong, dodgeball, corn hole, and even 9-square!
It also has a huge awning and a big Blackstone barbeque where you can sit, eat & enjoy the beautiful valley.
At night everyone can gather around the large firepit and roast smores, powered by natural gas so there's no smoke!
The space
It has enough room to seat 11 in the kitchen with additional seating outside under the awning.
It also has enough beds to sleep 12 in the condo.
There is a large living room with a big screen
TV to watch movies.
It includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bunkroom that sleeps 3, a queen-size murphy bed, and a foldable queen mattress.
The gym is perfect for summer or winter use.
There's plenty of space to play tons of different indoor games, and we have all the equipment ready to go!

You will be renting the entire barn and all the amenities.
Other things to note
The barn and firepit are completed, but we are currently working on putting in the yard. Just something to keep in mind.
Please be mindful and courteous of the neighbors!

Very good

It was very nice and spacious. The house part was very clean and welcoming. The barn had some open and drank bottles left. (Not a huge concern) The listing says there is a stove top and oven. Theres not. We brough food and was expecting to use the oven to keep it warm. Overall, very nice place to stay. Area is nice also.

Hi Sammie! Thank you so much for the review! Thank you for letting me know about the leftover drinks in the gym. I'll let me cleaner know. As for the stove top and oven, there is a dual hot plate in the cupboard, dual burners on the Blackstone and the microwave is a 2 in 1 convection oven. Not your typical stand alone oven which can be confusing. Thanks again for choosing our barn and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!

Youth Leadership Training

We brought up 18 youth and 8 Leaders to hold a young men youth leadership training retreat. It was perfect! The young men enjoyed the large space to play basketball, dodgeball, ping pong, badminton, etc. The space upstairs was large enough to gather and hold a leadership training. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean and felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you!
