We loved our stay!! Great location, close to the metro and very central. We were able to walk or take the metro everywhere we went. Denis was super responsive and answered any questions we had very quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Madrid!

What apartment lacks in space is more than made up for in location and convenience. On a quiet side street in a vibrant neighborhood filled with cafes and bars. Shopping district and lively pedestrian streets are nearby. Metro and supermarket are within a five minute walk. Host made check-in and check-out very easy.

Well located for exploring Madrid. Loved having everything with in walking distance. Missed not have coffee in room. Had a nespresso machine but no pods. Plugged in fridge but could use hair dryer at same time. Overall a positive experience.

The place was clean and cozy! Denis was an amazing host made our check in and out easy. The kitchen had enough daily utensils, and stove was in a working condition too.We enjoyed the air conditioning in the living room. However, we wish we could have one in the bedroom too!

The only thing I would change is the height at which the microwave and coffee maker were placed. We had to use a chair to use them, and for elderly guests that’s not safe.Aside from that, it was excellent.

The location of this unit is excellent. The issue we had was that the unit had not been cleaned properly. The floor was sticky, bed sheets were stained, the washing machine was full of dirty bedding and the bathroom was dirty. On the plus side, the host refunded us for the 2 nights we didn't stay. Hopefully he has improved the quality of the cleaners because it could be a nice place to stay if it was clean.

Denis was helpful very easy to speak with. The apartment is in a great location with loads of good places to eat and easy access to the metro and a short distance to Gand Via.It is also quiet at night which is sometimes hard to find in Madrid.It is appropriately priced for what it offers.

Worst place a ever stay and worst host responses i ever had. The place does not match the pictures post it, towels had a bad smell(not clean smell ) not even 30 min in the apartment in the middle of the night the power went off, with our phone flashlight looking for the breakers to see if any luck, meanwhile i send a message to host, and he call me “a LIER, thank you and good night “. That was he’s response when all this happened. Any help or apologies for this guy call “host” NOTHING. Did he checked in next day to see if the power went back on, NO. It is a shame, we left the place hours later. NOT WORTH IT.

Denis is great. The communication and effort gave me comfort for my first, on my own, VRBO experience. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. The property was a 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Via and an enjoyable walk to many great attractions. If I came back to Madrid, I would be happy to stay here again. This does not apply to my visit, as we were two and the pull out was comfortable, more than three would be tight.

We had a great stay. The location is very good, easy walking distance to major sites like Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment is small, but it worked perfectly for our family of four (two adults and two young adult kids)The area is very lively and full of young people enjoying the nightlife, so it can be loud at times and late into the night. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot, specially for young adults that are easy to accommodate in small places, and ready to enjoy beautiful Madrid!

Good location. Stayed with 2 children and was a little cramped. Would be perfect for couple who need a base to explore central Madrid. Air conditioning was a bonus as madrid was very hot.

The apartment is very nice and located in a central, convenient area of Madrid. It was clean and welcoming, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, some of the amenities inside the apartment could be improved (for example, having a properly working hairdryer and better blackout curtains would make the stay even more comfortable). With a few small adjustments, the place could really reach its full potential.

Cute little place. Probably not best for 2 adults and teenagers for a long stay as its small. Good location. Property manager very responsive.
