What a great property! It is very well appointed, clean and has a wonderful view of Lake Carillon. It was nice to sit on the porch in the mornings with a cup of coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 small kids) and we loved having the two bedrooms upstairs as well as the jack and Jill bathroom and a full bathroom downstairs as well. Very comfortable beds. The provided beach cart was very useful for the walk to the beach around 5-10 minutes. The little pizza place and coffee shop next to the inn are fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook and it was nice having a Aldi and Publix right nearby. Great proximity to other beach towns/restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and it was easy to rent chairs as well. We would be happy to stay here again!

Construction was going on during my stay. The sandblasting and sanding was so loud during the day we couldnā€™t hear the TV or even each other speak. We could not even stay there during the day. Then the brought the deck furniture into the living room and bedroom on Saturday making it impossible for us to sit on the balcony in the morning and moving furniture around to get in bed.

Great looking and super clean unit. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Itā€™s great for a small family or couple. Great view too off the lake! Definitely Recommend

Best Kept Secret

I almost donā€™t want to say anything and keep this to myself. Seriously, if you want a place that has it all - gated community, pools, beach, bikes, sidewalks and its own small business district ( general store, massages, gym, and eateries). Iā€™ve been going to PCB for 30 years and never knew about this area. For families, this is the place to go.
