Friendship Lodge - GOODYEAR LAKE - Friendship Lodge is an exquisite waterfront home built in 2005. It features a covered porch and an expansive open deck overlooking Goodyear Lake. Wooden steps lead down to the lake with an extensive deck and dock system on the 90 feet of private waterfront.
This custom-built home has maple kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, four bedrooms and three baths and central AC.
The open floor plan features a great room with living, dining and kitchen areas all overlooking the lake. The master bedroom enjoys a private balcony also overlooking the lake. This home has all of the contemporary conveniences for your comfort. It has a separate room for the children with their own TV and foosball table. Every bedroom has a Roku enable TV. The decor is a delightful mix of antique oak and contemporary items.
This magnificent waterfront home is convenient to all youth baseball tournament locations in both Cooperstown and Oneonta. Paddleboard and kayak rentals available nearby.

Tranquil Retreat
Friendship Lodge was a tranquil place to return after long days at the ballpark. The views are incredible and the house is fully stocked with anything a traveler- particularly someone in town for baseball could need. We highly recommend this home!

Perfect House for a Cooperstown Stay
We stayed in Friendship Lodge for a Cooperstown Tournament at ASV. The house was large, clean, and right on the water. Perfect for our family to stay during the tournament. Our children enjoyed swimming in the lake, kayaking and paddle boarding. The views are fantastic, the water clean and warm, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone.
The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, spices, etc. The large rooms and high ceilings made the house feel bigger than the pictures suggest.
17 minute drive with ASV. Grocery store within 10 minutes.
You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Stay
What a beautiful week we spent at Friendship
Lodge with our immediate family and two sets of grandparents while our son played at Cooperstown!
Lonetta is an absolute joy and very attentive! There is NOTHING that she hasn’t thought of from plenty of towels, linens, anything kitchen related, to water shoes for all sizes and plenty of outdoor seating! The house is beyond comfortable, and despite the crazy tournament schedule we were able to relax, read and the kids were able to swim in the beautiful lake! The drive to Cooperstown is very easy! 10/10 recommend Friendship Lodge!!!!

Beautiful property and great customer service
Our original house booking had heating/plumbing problems, Cooperstown Stay called us the day of check-in while we were 2hrs into our 4hr drive to Cooperstown. It was quite frantic for a little while and the few first recommend replacements were not a great fit for us, but they did get us this property instead, literately last minute, and it worked out great for our family weekend. Beautiful house and location. Lots of common area space to sprawl out, crazy huge master bedroom. Lots of deck & dock space.
