The space
You’ve found your super cute vacation/staycation home! Walk through the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm, relaxing home from home feel, throughout. The layout flows from the living room, kitchen and dining area, through to the bedrooms and directly out to the outside patio area, with a solar heated pool and BBQ/Grill.

The outside patio and pool area is completely screened and is perfect for lounging beside, or in the pool. There is an outdoor dining table, and the outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. The pool is solar heated so you can spend your time floating under the sunshine, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area.

The spacious living room is comfortable and sociable. There is a new smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps and cable channels via YouTube TV. You will also find board games for family time.

We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig and a regular filter coffee machine. There is also a family dining area.

Pass through double doors from the dining area, into the second den where there is more seating, and a queen size sofa bed and another Roku TV. This room also has the access to the laundry room and an exit to the back yard.

The master bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a queen-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. There are large glass sliders that lead out to the pool deck and there is a Roku TV with cable channels via YouTube TV, as well as most of the popular apps. The guest bedroom also has pool access via large glass sliders and has 2 bunk beds with ample closet space and is located at the front of the house. These bedroom share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination and a large vanity with seating.

The beds all have protective mattress covers, and new linen, duvets and covers.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and this is also where you will find the beach towels.

And for those Florida beach days, we have 3 adult bikes and a smaller one for kids/teens, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach toys for the younger guests.

The home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100.

We can also provide a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, pool and backyard. There is parking space for 2 cars on the driveway.
Other things to note
The pool is heated via solar panels at no additional cost to you. Pool water temperature varies based on sun exposure and weather. During the Florida "winter" season, water temperature averages 80 degrees Fahrenheit on sunny days and 75 degrees Fahrenheit on cloudy days. The pool temperature will always be about 10 degrees warmer than the ocean.
