Nice place for families

We were in Charleston for a wedding and the location was perfect. We had plenty of space and the home was nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend to others.

Shipyard Baseball Weekender

We had 8 total, my family of four plus mother in law, my two kids brought a friend and our 2yr old niece came too. We enjoyed our stay as the layout worked out well for everyone. Everyone had their own beds which was a huge reason why we booked. And the house was located next to a community center that had a park, fields and even tennis courts. Great experience at Shipyard Park. Saturday dinner at Vickey’s and Sunday spent at the Charleston market. We would recommend this house for anyone needing a rental house for 7-8 people. Host was also very accommodating.

Perfect location

We were needing a spot close to a job site, but needed a home with enough space and beds for all the crew that would be working. This home provided all the essentials we needed while working away from home. Two living rooms gave plenty of space to spread out in the evenings. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen to make lunches/dinner if we wanted. One great feature is, with 6 plumbers needing a shower at the end of the work day, the hot water never ran out. While the guys worked, the girls loved the location too. Super close to the Tanger Outlet, and only a 20 minute ride to the beach. This was a perfect home for just what we needed. The owners have done a great job of making the home modern, and adding touches that made us feel welcome. Even our Boykin felt right at home.
