Located in the sought-after North Forest Beach neighborhood of Hilton Head Island, this southern comfort beach house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, spacious living areas with cathedral ceilings, and a beautiful pool (measuring 14' - 27') and outdoor deck area.

The well-equipped and spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a bar and dining table seating eight. After a day of adventure, unwind in the comfortable beds, including a king bed in the master bedroom with its own private bath. Upstairs, there is a full bed and two twin beds, while downstairs features two sets of bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the den.

Enjoy a movie downstairs in the television room or relax by the pool, grilling out on the upper deck and listening to the natural sounds of Hilton Head Island. Take a short walk to the beach or bike down to the Coligny shopping center, where you'll find over 60 shops and restaurants.

Spring Getaway

We had an excellent time during our stay. The location is amazing, the house had coastal vibes and delivered for an excellent holiday. If we needed anything, the property management service actioned everything quickly.

Awesome Place

The property was great. We did heat the pool and hot tub. It was walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We did rent bikes for the week and that was better because you can ride everywhere including the beach. Block to the beach and it was empty walk over and enjoy the day on the beach. We loved this place environment and all.

Nice vacation

Great location, lovely beach, and great patio/landscaping in the back of house. The house met our needs overall and it seems as though it was a once a well cared for property. We did have a few issues. The biggest was the pool water being green upon arrival. The property manager responded quickly and had the pool serviced but it was only marginally better. One of the bedrooms is actually a hallway without a door. There were many nice features about the house and we had a nice vacation there.

Regarding the bedroom setup, we are unsure what you mean about one of the bedrooms being a hallway without a door. All of our bedrooms are equipped with doors.
