Ideal for two people to explore Rio and its surroundings from a very good location.

GOURMET Kitchen is modern and has all necessary utensils.

Bathroom is also modern and complete.

Bedroom: QUEEN size bed, Smart TV, a small office table, AC, wardrobe and silent ceiling fan

Small TV Room: has a smart TV, AC, silent ceiling fan, stereo, and a sofa bed that may hold comfortably one person.

There is a washing and drying machine

Cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Glass Windon with black out with a view to a back yard.

Car is not necessary.

There is no parking space, but it is possible to rent it per month, in case of long rentals.
