Large apt. 3 bedrooms (all rooms have ceiling fans), a suite with bathroom and air conditioning; 1 bathroom; 1 bathroom for maid; living room in 3 environments, one living room with 32 "LED TV, the other with dining table with glass table for 8 seats, a high table with 04 stools, a spacious balcony with a table and 4 chairs, American kitchen with all appliances and service area with washing machine, garage for 01 car. In the kitchen is the refrigerator and the stove duplex has 04 mouths and 02 ovens.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and full of light.

The renter will have 03 bicycles available for use (possibly the tires are empty due to lack of constant use, but in the corner of the apt there is an air pump in a fuel station).

Não é próximo a praia

Na descrição dizia ser próximo, porém houve muita dificuldade de deslocamento até a praia com minha mãe de 73 anos. Familiares reclamaram da distância e atravessar avenida com apenas uma faixa de pedestre e farol de travessia queimado, bem perigosa a avenida.

Apartamento confortável. Um pouco longe da praia, mas é possível ir andando. As bicicletas não estão em condições de uso. Voltaria mais vezes :)

Perfeito!!

Apartamento ótimo, muito amplo e arejado, super bem equipado. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Chuveiros ótimos. Fica a uns 10/15 minutos da praia, dependendo do ritmo da caminhada! Comércio próximo. Recomendo de olhos fechados!! Sensacional!!! Sugestões: - Deixar pelo menos um guarda sol e duas cadeiras no apartamento. Apesar de ter muitas opções de barracas que disponibilizam cadeiras e guarda-sol, na temporada tem que chegar muito cedo na praia, para não ficar sem! - Fazer uma cópia das chaves. Com 8 pessoas nem sempre todas ficam juntas, uma chave reserva ajuda!!

Ótima experiência com a locação deste apartamento ! Desde o atendimento da proprietária , sempre muito gentil , prestativa , auxiliando e esclarecendo tudo que foi questionado , até a estrutura do apartamento . Apartamento amplo e aconchegante, acomoda todos de maneira confortável , tudo novo e completo . Possui todos os utensílios para casa e cozinha ! Próximo à praia com excelente localização ! Perfeito ! Voltaremos com certeza .
