Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. The building offers great entertainment with billiards (quarters required), ping pong, and foosball in the ground floor game room. Channel your inner pool shark with your friends and family at the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Cyclists rejoice — the property is furnished with a complimentary bike washing station and an indoor storage facility designed to protect your precious cargo. Located 855 yards from the base area, convenient free shuttle pick-up can bring you directly to the base area in winter and historic Crested Butte in the Summer. Enjoy additional property amenities like parking for 2, coin-operated laundry, and wifi in the condo. Please note this is on the second floor of the Three Seasons. There is no elevator, but there is a luggage lift that can be used to send your bags to the second floor.

(NOTE: the communal pool/hot tub may close during the shoulder seasons of April/May and October/November. Please confirm if you are traveling during these dates.)

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. The summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; the winter schedule runs every 15-30 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

Great location and we liked that there were lots of families there. The whole place is just a bit old and run-down and in need of some updstes. For example, the carpets just felt dirty. That's probably what to expect for the price at such a great location.

Everything about the stay was excellent, except that the bedrooms face the interior, and the curtains are not long enough to stop the light from getting in. Every time you turn over in bed you're convinced it's sunrise.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was older than myself. Shelf doors falling off, broken fans and missing amenities are part of what you have to look forward to. That being said it was very convenient to have the shuttle to the lifts so close. The pool and hot tub have been out of commission for over a year according to a long term resident but it is still being advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. We only had one thing that couldve been better - the queen bed was not comfortable! It sloped downhill. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for work and found this condo on relatively short notice. If the price is right, this condo will suffice just fine. It is definitely very dated and a little quirky, but was clean. Beds are not super comfy and the soap products were terrible, so you may want to bring your own. Location was great though and the lodging company was easy to work with. All in all, a decent place to stay if it's priced accordingly.

The walk was not as bad as expected to the base area and the bus was also convenient when we didn't feel like walking. The condo was very accommodating and spacious. Would definitely book here again.

Mediocre Facility

First family ski trip to CB. Apparently there was no review for this condo online. The condos were built in the 80s and no improvements have been made to the facility. The mattresses, bedding and pillows all need to be replaced. The bathroom sink linked. The shower facet sprayed water everywhere. The entertainment center and furniture were covered in dust. The pullout sofa needs to burned. The indoor pool was broken during the busiest time of the year. There were only 3 washers and dryers. Even the cleaning crew was using the laundromat for washing towels for the condos. The condo is close to the bus stop for easy access to the base area for skiing. I would choose another place to stay. I do not recommend the Three Seasons.
