Great getaway spot

I was looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature to get away for a few days and this one was a winner . The property is well maintained and the owner is very sweet. I plan to come back regularly.

Great stay at a scenic village. It was great, the nights were so quiet, it felt like younwere at your own house and watching the train pass by was always a cool view. Carolee was very nice, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for me and my wife and id recommend it anyone wanting a get away

What I love most about the area is how much there is to explore while still feeling like you’ve escaped the crowds. We’re close to historic Jim Thorpe, hiking and biking trails, scenic drives, local restaurants, wineries, breweries, and outdoor adventures. And with our private railroad crossing, guests can enjoy the fun of riding the train to Jim Thorpe on select weekends without worrying about traffic or parking.

I especially love the combination of peace and adventure here. You can spend the morning exploring, come home to The Village, sit around the fire pit, watch the trains go by, and simply enjoy the beauty and quiet of the mountains. We have our own private railroad crossing and are an official flag stop, allowing overnight guests to ride the train directly from The Village to historic Jim Thorpe on select weekends—no traffic, no searching for parking, and no stress. It’s a fun and memorable way to explore the area.

Each of our four unique homes offers privacy and character, while the Village itself provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors, including fire pits, a meditation garden, recreational areas, and beautiful scenery.
