This second floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath villa is located on the Continental golf course. Step out on your balcony for a spectacular view of the golf course and Camelback mountain. This is in a premier Scottsdale location, walking distance to anything you want to see or do.

This luxurious condo comes with all the amenities and many updates! The kitchen has has been completely updated: white wood cabinets, quartz counter top, coffee bar, new sink. Plus it comes fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, utensils, pots, pans, everything you need to make your stay truly relaxing!

The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings with skylight and a Smart TV . Each bedroom has updated furniture and a California King size bed complete with linens. The bathroom features a new vanity with quartz top and a tiled shower. The master bedroom features a Smart TV as well. There is a front loading washer & dryer in the unit for your use.

The Sunrise community is beautifully landscaped with 2 heated pools (one located a few steps from the condo), a fitness center, theater and yoga room.

The Sunrise Community is in an awesome location! You are right on the Continental Golf Course and within walking distance to world renowned art galleries, San Francisco Giants spring training, fabulous restaurants and shopping centers. You can also enjoy the 28 miles of walking/biking paths.

Great for snowbirds

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. The unit is at the back of the complex, so very little road noise. Great view of the golf course.Pools are clean and warm. Complex has a mix of retirees and working age. Everyone we met was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Old Town Gem

My wife and I stayed here for 5 weeks in Oct/Nov. It's a basic older condo what is well looked after, has quality furniture and very comfortable beds and nice shower. It has a million dollar view of Camelback Mountain and the golf course from the balcony with loads of natural light. The complex has 2 heated pools with hot tubs and a well equipped gym. Covered parking spot is close by. The condo is well managed and Scott answers any questions or concerns in a timely manor. The location is close to everything you need with the heart of old town Scottsdale a 20 min walk away. Scottsdale Stadium where the San Francisco Giants play spring training is a 15 min walk. Miles of paved Bike/ walking paths are basically out the front door. We also found the complex to be safe anytime of the day. We have absolutely no regrets staying in this condo and plan on coming back next year. Thanks Scott.

Exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our 8 week stay. The unit was very clean and well-supplied with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Everything worked! Appliances were more than adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Location was very quiet. Really enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the 9th fairway. Made me feel better about my game. Nice mile walk into Old Town Scottsdale. Public library on the way and the library store had great books for 50 cents. Civic plaza, by the library was very relaxing and has one of the best restaurants in the area right on the plaza (AZ88). Even closer walk to Scottsdale Stadium. Saw some spring training workouts by the Giants. Saturday morning farmer's market in Old Town a must, and part of the nice walk. Host was very responsive and made our visit very easy. It's an older property, but the unit itself is just fine. Update projects will be coming to the overall complex over the next few years, but that won't impede your stay. Truly worth considering.

A spacious condo needing updating/ re-modelling

Before I start this review I have to say that Scott is a very responsible owner/host who reacted speedily without question to resolve the issues we encountered on arrival & during our stay which was for 7 weeks. As for the property, although it is very spacious the furnishings are not in good condition and I can only rate it as 3 star because of the following – The kitchen needs re-modelling. The stove/oven, coffee machine, toaster etc are old and in need of replacement, none of the cupboard doors shut properly and the sink & faucet need replacing. The bathroom also needs re-modelling – the tiling is worn & discoloured and the fittings are broken. The pool towels and bath/hand towels and tea towels are in poor condition and definitely need replacing. There are no blackout drapes in the bedrooms just slat blinds. All in all the property appears tired in general and needs a complete update. Interestingly, though, Scott did show us his other unit here which was to a much higher standard and one that we would have happily rented.

Thanks for the feedback. As Rod mentioned we are very responsible owners and we did resolve the stated issues. We now have all new stainless steel appliances, updated bedroom furniture, new dining table, new Keurig coffee maker, new towels and 2 new smart TVs. Rod failed to mention the golf course /mountain views and sunsets from the balcony, 2 great pools, and top notch location and additional amenities for a very reasonable rental fee.

Our stay

The cleanliness was a bit to be desired. The blinds in living room were falling apart, the garbage disposal didn't work properly. The dishwasher failed to clean the dishes completely. The paper holder in bathroom fell apart. The ceiling fan in bedroom chain broke off on first use. The television worked on certain channels, when I called the provider (cox) they told me the box needed replacement. Otherwise we had a nice stay at the pool. In my opinion we expected a nicer condo to stay in for the price. I will be very Leary of VRBO in the future.

We are very surprised by this negative review of our beautiful condo with views of the golf course and Camelback Mountain. John did not complain of these items during their stay or we would have addressed them in a timely manner. In fact, on March 7 they asked if they could return next year. (The only reason the condo was available for them this year was because guests who have come for many years cancelled due to COVID and moved their reservation to the next year). He was disgruntled we did not offer it to him again next year. When our cleaning crew came in after our guests left, it was a mess. The dishwasher was new in 2021, our cleaning crew found it full of food, pieces of plastic and other debris. After extra cleaning time, it’s working again like new. Also, thanks to our great cleaning crew, everything looks great again. We take pride in taking great care of our property and guests, but we also understand reviews and guests like this are part of the business.

Location and views

Really enjoyed my 2 month stay. So close to everything. Morning coffee overlooking the golf course and Camelback Mountain is a great start to the day. Less than a mile from Ole Town Scottsdale and easy access to the trails.

Great location - nice pool

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Great location near bike path and able to walk into old town Scottsdale. Comfortable king bed and nice view of golf course from balcony. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We made good use of the pool. We were pleased that the carport space was shaded. Very good communication with Scott the owner. Thanks for everything.

Amazing Beds and a view of the golf course

We are in the midst of moving to Phoenix and staying here allowed us another view of a different area of Phoenix. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the space was very comfortable and clean with a patio that has a great view of the golf course and Camelback Mountain. Scott was very responsive anytime we had questions or issues (not his fault but someone parked in our parking spot). The kitchen is a galley style so a little tight for our requirements but workable. Overall very good stay. Thanks Scott and LeaAnn.

Lovely condo will return next year if all ok

Just had 4 weeks at Scott and Leann condo was great couldn’t fault the condo looking over golf course having breakfast was excellent ,everything you could need was in the condo , beds comfortable the balcony furniture was lovely high stools so you could look onto the golf course . Hopefully we will be able to return next year . Scott and Leann were so helpful and so easy to work with . No problems whatsoever

Great Location

This location is perfect for walking to Old Town and many area restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable. We had a pumping issue that was resolved quickly by us contacting the owner and he following up immediately with a phone call. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Comfortable beds, clean and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. My husband and I came to Scottsdale for our son's graduation. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. Walking to the course was a big plus for us as we played several rounds just steps from the condo. The bed was extremely cozy and it was a very quiet place as well. It had everything that we could possibly need for the week. Loved having the washer and dryer. The grocery store and McDonalds is a quick 5 minute walk away which was a plus. The owners were very pleasant to work with and our transaction was secure and quick. They were only an email, text or phone call away. We had a small airconditioning issue which was resolved within 3 hours of a phone to the owners! That was truly impressive. We would definitely stay here again. Everything is just as the pictures show. Great Vacation.

Ideal Location

The condo was just as advertised, no surprises here. Ideally located, we had an eight minute walk to the bus stop which gave us access to free shuttles which serviced much of downtown Scottsdale. Ballpark was also within walking distance. The condo was clean, fully furnished, and provided everthing we required. There was a very nice pool, large hot tub and barbecue area. We reccomend this property to anyone regardless of age or size of family. The Pheonix area and the state of Arizona is one of the most beautiful places we visited, walking/biking trails abound. The weather is fantastic, sunshine everyday but one. We had the pleasure of meeting Scott and Leanne. They were very easy to deal with.

Family, we are in our mid-forties and have two daughters, 17 & 15

We had a wonderful stay in Scottdale. The condo was very clean and spacous. The beds were very comfortable, I got a great nights sleep every night we were there. Although it is a large complex, we found it to be quiet with many options for entertainment. On the grounds the pool is heated and very well kept, the hot tub was very nice also. The exercise room is very nice, but the weather was coopertive so we enjoyed the outdoor activities that were close. There is a nice walking/bike trail and a golf course right outside the door of the building we could enjoy. The condo is located within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale, so shopping and resturants were quite easy to find. If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay with many options of entertainment,shopping and resturants, I would highly suggest staying at the Sunscape Villa, it's perfect for a get away!

Why they chose this property

The area is awesome! This is the premier location in the Phoenix area! The condo is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. We enjoy relaxing in our villa, eating at the great restaurants, and checking out all the other attractions that are only a short walk away. We also have family a few minutes from our villa. Once you visit, you'll keep coming back as well!

What makes this property unique

You are right on the Continental Golf course with a great view of Camelback mountain and it's inspiring sunsets. Our condo has been remodeled and is graciously decorated. You will be greeted by vaulted ceilings in the living room, new/updated kitchen, tiled walk-in shower and bedrooms featuring California King beds.

Walking and biking trails are right out your door as is the Continental golf course. We visit Bashas grocery store located just across the street daily when we are at our villa. There are an endless number of restaurants to choose from, lots of shopping, baseball and almost any activity you want!!
