Paradise Beach Club 443 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! At Paradise Beach Club you will quickly realize why the area is a favorite vacation destination in Florida. This remarkable, direct Oceanfront, penthouse unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your private balcony and throughout the unit. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, oceanfront unit is a must see! Take in the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent views from your master bedroom.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, large plasma TV and stunning views of the ocean. The second bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen TV and there is a queen air mattress that can sleep two people. There is also free wireless internet available.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

I was surprised at the low water pressure.

Perfect Condo for Beach Stay

This unit was everything it was described to be and more. From the moment you open the door, you can see the ocean waves. Filled with everything you need, it made our stay even more relaxing. Single king in the master and two twin beds in the secondary make it the perfect place for a family with multiple kids. Within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. Looking forward to booking again!

A great experience!

This was our first stay in Satellite Beach and our first stay in a condo. It was a really good experience and it made the stay super enjoyable. It’s a beautiful room and the owners provide you with so much to make the stay enjoyable. The communication was excellent. I would stay here again!

They update regularly and the condos are always clean and ready to use. They also supply beach gear and cooking items for use while staying. Won't stay anywhere else. Great locations great condos!

We stayed for one week with the family and the only bad thing was that we had to go home. This is perfect location, view is stunning, and property manager is best in the business. We used to stay elsewhere every year and now we will only be staying here for years to come.

We loved staying in this condo! It had everything we needed and the decor was updated and clean. The beach chairs and Boogie Boards were in good shape; not tattered or broken. Beautiful ocean view and we really appreciated the Property Manager checking in with us after arrival to make sure we were happy! 😊

Our fifth time staying at PBC and each time gets better. First time renting thru the Stay At Cocoa family and it was a great experience, and we will rent from them again. They provide lots of great info ahead of your stay and are super easy to communicate with online. The condo was as advertised and then some. We were able to make it our home away from home. Nice place for family vacation

This is our fourth stay in the same condo. Our family always has a great time. Condo is nice and beach is not crowded. Our ONLY issue has been other guests not following the rules regarding smoking in designated areas only. Each night when we try to enjoy our patio there are guests smoking on their patios.

When you walk in door and see the ocean you say wow! The place was very clean all appliances were clean and you were able to cook without worrying. The pool was always clean. And the beach is right here. So you could pick which ever you want. We did not want to leave.

Satellite Beach Paradise

The unit was perfect for us. So much so that we booked again for next year. It was incredibly clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. A quiet building overall and everyone is very friendly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the response we got was quick and efficient. Everything you could want to do be it golf or great restaurants are all within 15-20 minutes away. It was great walking the beach daily and seeing all the surfers out in the ocean. Beautiful sunrises in the morning.
