Charming Villas cottage! This updated 2 bedroom/1 bath home is ready to welcome you for your vacation at the shore. Located just a bike ride away from the beaches of the Delaware Bay and a short drive from the beaches and attractions of Cape May and The Wildwoods. This pet-friendly rental also features a large porch/deck area, spacious yard, and off street parking. $50 non-refundable pet fee (one pet permitted) and $150 cleaning fee. $200 refundable security deposit. Rented by RE/MAX Surfside. Bookings are confirmed once a signed lease is in place. VRBO/AirBNB bookings: any fees made when booking with either of these 3rd party sites are not applied to fees owed to RE/MAX. Please contact us with any questions regarding booking.
