Originally from NY, I've made the Myrtle Beach area my home for over 20 years now. I enjoy taking outdated oceanfront units and updating them giving guests a more comfortable, modern space. I'm a mountain lover as well and also have a cabin in the mountains of TN which we love to frequent as often as possible.
Why they chose this property
I chose this building because of its proximity to the Airport, Market Common area and state park. I like to get units that bring people closer to the local spots rather than the touristy areas.

Great building, secured, one of the rare buildings where the hallways are all interior so you're not walking outside to get to your room.
