Pinnacle Peak Estate, a newly renovated luxury home on .5 acre in Tamarack Resort is the ULTIMATE property for large family getaways + retreats. On the Pinnacle Trail System, you'll have walking, biking, + groomed Nordic trails out your front door + only minutes to golf + ski lifts. This 6BR/4BA hidden gem is well supplied + ideal for entertaining: AC, 2 king suites, 2 ovens, walk-in pantry, pool table, theater room, hot tub, deck with lake views, firepit, mudroom, and 1-car garage.

We utilize self-check-in at this property. You will be sent check-in instructions and the door passcode the day prior to your arrival.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.

ACCESS:
You will have the entire home to yourself. Full unit with fully-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, balcony deck and covered patio, detached garage, + private hot tub. There is only access for ONE Guest vehicle in the detached garage. A UTV is stored in the other garage space, which is NOT accessible to Guests.

Please note there is a separate entrance-apartment above the garage that Guests will NOT have access to (marked PRIVATE), that may be occupied by the homeowner (the homeowner will not utilize the garage, driveway, or any areas of the main home or property).

The open concept main level features a half bath plus separate stand up shower, fully equipped kitchen for home cooking and baking (including 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large walk-in pantry), cozy living area with a gas fireplace, spacious dining room with wraparound views, vaulted ceiling, and plenty of windows to take in the natural scenery and southern exposure.

Located on the upper loft, you'll enjoy the privacy of this suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo.

The main level bedroom is spacious and has a king bed. The half bath and walk-in shower are located just across the hall.

Located in the daylight basement, this bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the full bath.

LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM 2
Also located in the daylight basement, this bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the full bath.

LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM 3
Also located in the daylight basement, this bedroom is optimal for kids but is great for guests of any age! Access is through the theater room, it offers a queen over queen bunk bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed with a slide (sleeps 6).

OPEN CONCEPT LOWER LEVEL FLOOR PLAN + THEATER ROOM
The daylight basement offers fantastic extra space for spreading out and having fun! You can enjoy drinks, watch the game, and play a round of billiards with the pool table, smart TV, and wet bar/beverage fridge. There's also a gas fireplace, and access to the private hot tub. A favorite feature of the home is the large theater room, complete with comfy seating, a large smart TV (also includes cable and DVD player), and a stage--grab the popcorn!

OUTDOOR LIVING
Pinnacle Peak Estate has an expansive deck on the main level (perfect for stargazing), with gorgeous views of Lake Cascade, the West Mountains, and peaceful alpine forest; surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh mountain air, you can relax and rejuvenate in the peacefulness of nature, or you have a cookout on the gas BBQ grill. A soak in your private hot tub is the ideal way to après or unwind after a day on the mountain. With .5 acre to enjoy, there's plenty of space for yard games--roasting s'mores around the firepit is highly recommended!

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
