Good property - could use some upgrades

This property is in a good location and has a lot of potential. The kitchen is well furnished. The house was very clean, but for the price, the bathrooms and bedrooms were more dated than we expected, and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The landscaping is overgrown. The management company was very responsive to any questions.

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!
