Long Island Village is a waterfront community that sits just south of downtown Port Isabel and the Port Isabel Lighthouse State Historic Site. Take a short drive (four miles) across the causeway and you'll find yourself on South Padre Island, home to a beloved beach, Beach Park at Isla Blanca, and a wide assortment of dining, shopping, and nightlife.
After a day spent surfing, golfing, or charter fishing, come home to unwind outside on the spacious, covered porch. This blissfully shady spot is perfect for afternoon cocktails, sunset dinners, and dessert in the warm Gulf breeze.
The interior is cheerful and modern, offering central air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a bistro dining table for at-home meals. For your entertainment, enjoy smart TVs in the living room and bedroom as well as complimentary WiFi throughout.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
