With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of room for family and friends. Everything you need for a pleasant stay has been provided including a separate game room with billard. Villa Sunshine will be your home away from home! TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer everything is there. Relax on the pool deck or enjoy the evening hours on the private dock. Juicy steaks or local seafood are easily prepared on the grill. Soak up the feeling to be away from it all, with your everyday worries far behind you.
Located on a Gulf access canal in the attractive Surfside neighborhood, the home offers a private dock where you can keep your rental boat. Take a trip to the famous beaches of Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach. The route will lead past many of Cape Coral’s finest homes and always look different, creating unforgettable experiences along the way. Several stores, restaurants and medical offices are in close proximity.
