Enjoy the best of both worlds when you come to Disney! Adventure by day and tranquility by night. Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home boasts vaulted ceilings and large living spaces. The two master suites offer in-suite bathrooms and large walk-in closets. With a screened in pool and spa (pool and spa heat is an extra fee) in the backyard, and only 8.5 miles to Walt Disney World, our villa has everything you need for a great vacation. Gorgeous poolside furniture. The game room has something for everyone: a full size pool table, an air hockey table, and a PlayStation 3 with a 32in TV. In-home WiFi allows you to connect to the internet while you lounge poolside. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV's with internal DVD players. Come home from long day at the theme parks and make your very own Margaritaville Margarita in our fully equipped kitchen! Villa sleeps 10. If home is where the heart is, you will find your heart here!

We enjoyed our stay here for a family Christmas vacation to Disney. It was within reasonable driving distance to the parks which are about 30 minutes away. It is also close to convenience stores which is nice. We did have an issue with the pool heat hot being on when we arrived, although the owner quickly rectified this for us, and credited appropriately for it. Pool is also only heated for a portion of the day, and not heated at night, while the hot tub is heated whenever you want to use it. Air hockey table was out of service, and the pool table has multiple of the same numbered balls (not a big deal for the kids). PS3 was a favorite for the littles. All in all, we would stay here again. Be sure to bring any spices for cooking as there are none. Most rentals we've stayed in have basics in them like salt / pepper, although this one did not. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great Vacation home

The house was beautiful and had a great location. The drive to Disney was only about 15 minutes even with traffic. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my 3 teenage/young adult children to have their own space and privacy. The property owners were wonderful and quick to answer when I had a question. We will definitely be willing to stay here again for our yearly Disney World Vacation!!!

Excellent stay

The house was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Forgot to check the listing for AC. The house doesn't have any but some of the rooms have ceiling fans and that was enough. Location was great. Close to the Disney parks. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and spa when the weather was nice. Very spacious house with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We didn't get the check-in info the day of our arrival but a quick message before boarding our flight was answered right away so we didn't have to worry about trying to contact someone in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Had problem with entry code upon arrival but quickly fixed. Ceiling fan not working properly in rear bedroom. Shower heads have bad streams could need replacing. Also dryer has AF code and when looked up says Air Flow issue and could have clogged vent. Pool furniture was pretty dirty.

Great getaway!!

First off, Virginia is the best property owner we’ve ever dealt with!! Goes way beyond to make your stay as fun and enjoyable as possible. Her pre check-in email was amazing! Left absolutely nothing to doubt from the keyless entry to how to turn on the spa. Plus, all the things to do in the area, from the state park just north on 27, down to her favorite restaurants. And when a couple minor issues came up, Virginia and Eagle Management responded immediately. The issues were no big deal. Vacationers need to realize they’re renting a house, just like their own house. Things happen! Get over it and make the best of the situation. Other reviews about the HVAC not working because they didn’t turn it off, as instructed to do so, if you wanted the fresh outdoor air in the house, is total ignorance on their part. The house’s system is a “smart” system and turns itself off so it doesn’t malfunction trying to cool down a house that is constantly at 90 degrees and will entail a major repair!! Don’t blame management and the owner because you didn’t ask how the thermostat works. Yes, it’s modern. But if you can’t figure it out, just email Virginia for answers to your questions, and your issues will be solved. Really getting tired of bad reviews because of all the selfish people in this world, expecting perfection when it’s impossible. We would 100% vacation at Virginia’s home again, or any property managed by Eagle Management. Thanks for a great respite from the northern mid-west freezing winter!!

Disney/Universal Trip

This house is roomy, comfortable, and clean. All things you want to come home to after a long day at the parks. It is situated in a nice neighborhood approximately 20-25 minutes from each of the parks. Shopping and restaurants are only about 5-10 minutes away. We only had one issue while we were there, but the owners made it right. The pool was discolored and needed treatment in order for us to be able to use it. The management company was responsive and had their pool guy come out to address the pool situation. The owners felt badly that we were not able to use the pool for a portion of our stay and provided us with a partial refund. All in all, it was a great place to stay and just bad luck/timing regarding the pool. Once we were able to use it, the pool was great. The house is fully loaded and comes with just about everything you might need. This was definitely a lovely rental and the owners want to make sure you are satisfied with your stay.

Awesome home

My overall experience with location was wonderful.

The rental was a beautiful home and came with multiple amenities that you would need. The house was very spacious and lovely. I only gave a 4star rating to cleanliness due to the floors not being properly cleaned and dust in vents. As to knowing owners use a cleaning company this may be something that they would have to discuss with them. There however was cleaning equipment inside residence to use. The garage that had the game room was spacious, however our family is big apa pool players and the table was covered in a dust/shavings all over. There is however construction going on behind the residence and may be a disturbance to some. We were not affected by noise as our itinerary was more for the Disney world parks.

Excellent rental house, pool was great and heated as requested. Owner and management were very responsive and we had no issues. House is close to many local amenities and close to Disney. Was very relaxing to come back here in this nice neighborhood. Would rent from again!

Recent stay 2/8/22

When I booked I was told I could have an early check-in, 24 hours before my trip I received an email informing me that was no longer available. I was given a 3pm check-in and when I arrived the door would not open. After finding the management did not know this, I finally gained entry at 3:30pm. An hour later two men knocked on the door and said they had an appointment to repair patio door. I informed them I was renting for a few days and they would have to contact the management company. Shortly after that a woman from the management company showed up with a welcome bag. Other places I've stayed the welcome package is in the house when you arrive. I told her the remote for the master TV did not work, it even had tape on it that said it didn't work. I had to go to Walmart and buy a remote to operate the master TV. We paid for spa heat but it never heated to 104 degrees. There is heavy construction going on in the backyard for a new housing development. We had a 12pm check-out and two cleaners who did not speak English showed up at 11am and waited outside until we left.

Loved Our Stay

This was our first time renting a VRBO. I was nervous going into the experience but Virginia and Eagle Management was very prompt, thorough, and accommodating. The pool was the most important part of the trip, as we have a 5 and 7 year old. We had temps in the high 50's and low 60's during our trip, and the pool temp was very warm which made it really enjoyable. I read other reviews from other properties that even by heating the pool the temps during the winter can be very cold. That was not the case here! Other positive parts to our stay: Safe & Quiet Neighborhood (easy access to US27 and amenities) Open Floor Plan - Dual Master bedrooms are nice Updated Appliances - we ran the dryer every day. Other things to consider... Most reviews said this location was a 15 minute drive to Disney even with traffic. We went to Magic Kingdom on a Monday and it took 1 hour 10 minutes from the property driveway to Disney parking lot. I miscalculated how much time it took, so please note that TV's are kind of an adventure. Remote doesn't work in the Master, and we couldn't get Netflix to work on any TV. It was really a small detail. All in all this was a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay, lots of room to spread out when needed or have family meals hangout together. It’s a quiet, nice neighborhood and easy access to the amusement parks.

Beautiful home and very close to everything

This is a beautiful home and decoration made it even more beautiful. The house was equipped with everything you needed as in cooking and entertainment. Every room has a TV but make sure you bring batteries, plenty of them almost everything that had batteries were dead. The pool area. Where should I start the pool had dart just sitting on the bottom of the pool and Jacuzzi it was clear tho but after we got into the pool and swimmed for awhile it because foggy from the sunscreen and really never came clear again(I think the filter needs to be changed) we really never got the spa to work for the Jacuzzi however the owner manually turn it on and it worked for about an hour and turned off. We bother the owner so much about the pool and Jacuzzi we just let it be. Its a rug by the 2nd door next to the master bedroom outside. This rug should have been thrown out months ago i was so disgusted and turned me all the way off. The tables sit outside needs to be upgraded or cushions. Those seats were so hard and don't dare sit down with your bathing suit on, when I tell you it hurted so bad when I got up with the chair lines imprinted on my behind. Don't get me wrong we had a nice stay but I think you should hire some else to clean the last cleaner did not do a good job at all. Make sure they move the furniture to sweep it hasn't been swept under in awhile we left the kids toys that rolled under there wouldn't dare put our hands on there. The pool area needs a little TLC and this would of been 5star.
