Welcome!
Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of a newly renovated contemporary lakefront home. This home is perfect for families and friends seeking a peaceful nature getaway. We’re tucked away in a secluded cove with 1.5 acres of land surrounded by the sounds of nature. Balch Pond is a 577-acre water body located on the NH-ME border.

Where You’ll Stay
Come enjoy the serene and cozy lakefront home away from home! The homey ambiance allows you to unwind from everyday life. Experience waking up to the sunrise, sipping coffee or tea on the front deck overlooking the lake.

This three-level contemporary home can sleep 8-10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main level contains 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (king and twin mattresses) and a full bath. The lower level includes a master suite with a king-size bed and a full bath and the top level has 2 bedrooms - one with 2 full-size beds and the other with a king size bed. We also have a portable oversized playpen for infants or toddlers (can be used as a bed as well) and a high chair.

The home has an open floor-plan living space. We have brand-new kitchen appliances, marble countertops, an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dinner and bakeware, glasses, utensils and children's dish sets. We have a two-level large deck with a gas grill and patio seating overlooking the lake.

Bathrooms are equipped with bath towels and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the lower level.

Hi there! We’re Leah & Jay and we currently live in Boston. We love traveling and learning about different cultures. We've been fortunate to travel to 35+ countries across all 7 continents. Leah is from New Hampshire and it has always been our dream to own a lake house for our large families and in 2023 we were finally able to make that a reality. We are so excited to share this beautiful spot with our guests!

What makes this property unique

Welcome to your lakeside retreat, we hope you love it as much as we do! It’s the perfect place to wake up to the sunrise overlooking the water. In the summer, enjoy coffee on the deck, a serene kayak ride or yoga on the beach (Leah's favorite!). In the winter, the snow covered view with icicles dripping from the trees is so peaceful.
We’ve tried to think of everything our guests could want to make their stay comfortable and enable them to enjoy this amazing space to the fullest! Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding my listing.
