Good location, needs better management

When we arrived, there was a broken headboard and bedframe on the front porch. It stayed there all weekend. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms, so you'll need to bring your own. The downstairs bedroom where the bed had been replaced still contained the box, and the floor hadn't been cleaned after the bed was replaced. There are no utensils in the kitchen, no coffee pot or dishes, so you'll need to bring your own. The living room contained one small couch and a small chair that was broken when we arrived. We brought lawn chairs, so we were good in that regard. There is nowhere to take trash bags when they are full. The host advised me over text that if I walked a few blocks I would find the community dumpster. Overall, the place worked for what we needed, but I definitely would look elsewhere for future trips.
