Beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view. The area was calm and quiet, and we loved spending time on the deck overlooking the bayou. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and our small dog. Beds were comfy, and they provided everything we needed. House was close to Caddo Lake State Park, the marina, and an easy drive to Jefferson and Marshall. Would rent again.

Great place to enjoy with our 6 friends! All comforts and amenities you could possibly need or want. Loved the decor & outside balcony by the river! And Linna was so hospitable and accommodating! Would stay here again!!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

This place was fabulous! Clean, spacious and kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The couch and beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and had all we needed for a shower or bath. The location felt secluded although there were other cabins on each side of us. 100% recommend!

Big Cypress River

Excellent house on the river, extremely clean and every convenience that you would need. The family had a great time and we also caught some fish. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Communication was excellent.

Anniversary Trip /Getaway

Wanted a little getaway exploration to caddo lake and couldn/t have been happier with the accommodations at th LILLY PAD . Great as advertised - Modern finishes the Bath & Shower room is luxurious , as weel as the Kitchen layout - Bed was confortable and the the place was CLEAN & FRESH. I wish we 'd brought a boat to explore more - but we did go an a boat tour at local marina which was great !We will be planning another trip for sure -Gary

A Perfect Place to Get Away!

This is a perfect place to get away and enjoy the peace and serenity on the water. This house is immaculately clean and they did not skimp on any detail. The beds are so comfortable that we actually stripped the one in the master bedroom to see what brand it was. We enjoyed waking up with a cup of coffee on the porch that over looks the water and fishing of the dock. We’ve talked about how great our trip was and how amazing the house was all week and will be back very soon!

Best VRBO ever!!

My wife and I have been renting VRBO house’s for over 20 years and we were so impressed with our stay. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need and there was instructions on how to use everything. Our host was the sweetest person, anything we asked she got back to us almost instantly. We rate this a 10 out of 5, we think it was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had and highly recommend staying here. Thanks for everything, we will be back.

Property location on the bayou was pretty, however train nearby was loud as well as noise from traffic on the highway.Property needed a vacuum in windows and floors as dead bugs were present. Bed was super comfortable and linens were clean and fresh.

We are so glad you all had a good time. The love bugs that come Sept-Oct have been terrible this year. Our cleaner has been going out 2-3 times a week to try and keep them cleaned up. We thought they were mostly gone. So sorry there were still some lingering. We do not have train tracks close to the cabin so you may have been hearing vehicles cross over the Hwy 43 bridge which is .8 of a mile from the house. This is where the public boat ramp is located. We have never received less than a 10 or 5 star rating in our three years and we are very sorry about the love bugs that were there. We would be happy to give you a discount for a future stay. We want to ensure all guests are highly satisfied with our cabin and their stay and hope you will come back again.
