CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, we have four outdoor cameras: two surveillance cameras and two doorbell cameras. One surveillance camera overlooks the back driveway, behind the house; the other overlooks the side yard, deck and hot tub. For our doorbell cameras, there is one at the front door and one at the back sliding door. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS: There is space for several cars, trucks, and SUVs in the front and back driveways. The garage is not open for guest use. Due to underground sprinklers, driving over the lawns with vehicles or trailers is prohibited. There is room for trailer parking, however please contact us for more information. The driveway is on an incline and low profile boats, such as wakeboard boats, will scratch the road.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE: Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season. *If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN: Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID 3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

This is our third time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. My brothers and I gather each year with our sons for some fishing, hiking, wine tasting and just visiting. The weather was perfect and the house was great. We will come back.
Our host was responsive and the house was perfect for our 3 gen family of 10 and also well equipped, not something we always experience with other homes we have stayed in.The view was amazing and the 4 teenagers loved the basement bedroom/game room/theater room area.Also, for winter fun, close to the Echo Valley ski/tubing area - thanks for a great stay!
This was an awesome house to stay for our 2 families. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade game for the kids and young at heart. It's a beautiful home with many thoughtful touches for entertainment. We would come back and stay again if we come to this area again! Love the views!
Very large house and property. Only 3 of us stayed, but certainly looked to be comfortable enough for multiple families. House had everything needed. We had fun with the dart board and arcade games.
We loved this home for our vacation. We were six adults and four children ranging in age from five months to 3 1/2. We had so much fun together and the house was very spacious to accommodate all of us. The view of Lake Chelan from the living room is so beautiful too!
What wonderful property! The living room furniture and bedrooms were all very comfortable and in good condition. A couple of suggestions would be more instructions on how to use the music system and tv and seating for eight around the table. We would highly recommend this property.
We had a great time here with our dogs. The house is very clean, well stocked with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside with our dogs in the patio. Lovely neighborhood to walk our dogs also.
The house is nice, ac works great, beds are comfortable, jacuzzi is also cool, kitchen is well equipped and there’s lots of storages around the house. All 10 of us were happy and would definitely come back to stay at the same house!
This house was superb! They had everything you could ever need for your stay and for cooking. We loved it here. This was by far the best prepared house we’ve ever stayed in and we come every year. There was a beautiful view and it was quite close to the Manson boat launch too!
We very much enjoyed our winter stay at this home in Manson. The view is stunning, and the kitchen is thoughtfully and completely stocked with everything you need to make and serve large family feasts. Great TVs, cozy couches, nice outdoor area, quick 1 mile walk to the lake, easy drive to Chelan and kid and dog friendly!. Very much recommend for your next group hangout!

A beautiful home! Amazing views of the lake. Loved having the outside area to spend time with all of my friends every evening. Highly recommend!
Had a great weekend of playing golf and hanging with friends. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The open floorplan provided a great conversation area.
This place is great. Owners have gone above and beyond to make this house a great vacation rental. The house was very well equipped, response by owner to issues immediate, and location of house was very convenient. The view from the great room is beautiful. Hightly recccomended.

Why they chose this property
We love boating, being on the water, wine tasting and having friends over for long weekends – we bought this house because it allows us to do all that! Morning coffee in the rocking chairs by the fireplace, and “happy hour” with a glass of wine on the deck catching the sunset are two of our most favorite things.
What makes this property unique
We bought and renovated this house in 2018 with fresh new paint, new flooring, updated bathrooms, etc. A new kitchen and workspace were added late 2022. What sets us apart is the quiet, quaint neighborhood allowing for a relaxing stay, plus great space for multiple families – take advantage of having adults upstairs and kids down stairs, or allowing multiple families to have their own space. The property also has plenty of room for multiple cars and we are dog friendly!
