Blue Bungalow - Beach front complex

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in St. Augustine, look no further than the “Blue Bungalow”! This ground floor, private patio, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is located in Quail Hollow Condominium. The complex offers private beach access, a large pool, grilling station, it is a gated community & walkable to restaurants. We are right on St. Augustine Beach, minutes away from Historic Downtown, the lighthouse, & of course the beach! Come explore all that St. Augustine has to offer!

Our condo features a balcony that overlooks the quiet scenery in the Quail Hollow Condominium complex. This is perfect for an early morning cup of coffee to sit back, relax, and enjoy your time away. Take time to relax out here with a nice beverage or your favorite book while taking in the ocean breeze. This condo is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed, connected vanity, and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The half bath is located in the living room, perfect for guests. The comfy, 3-seater couch, pulls out into a sofa bed allowing for 2 additional guests to sleep comfortably. There is also plenty of room for an additional air mattress if desired! Our dining room and kitchen have a table that can seat 4, with 2 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and various appliances, perfect for your stay at the beach! Of course no condo is complete without coffee! We have a single serve Keriug machine with k-cups, sugar, cream, and mugs located by the sink in the kitchen. A washer, dryer, and dishwasher are also available within the unit. Each guest is provided a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, trash bags in each trashcan, a roll of paper towels, and 2 pods for laundry during their stay. If further items are needed, it will be on the guest to provide these things.

Quail Hollow Condominium is a gated complex that sits directly on St. Augustine Beach with private access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Only a short, 3 minute walk out to the beach, you will be enjoying the private, breathtaking views this coast has to offer. The swimming pool with lounge chairs and grills for cooking are just a few steps away from the condo. This unit has a reserved parking spot right in front of the building, with multiple visitor spots available throughout the complex.

Staying at Quail Hollow offers you immediate access to the beach, 10 minutes from the staple lighthouse, and a short 15-20 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, where you can shop, eat, drink, and sightsee to take in all this beautiful city has to offer. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are approx. an hour and a half away, with Jacksonville and Daytona Beach less than an hour away.

Guests have all access in the property. There is one locked owners closet.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
