About this space
We would like to invite you to visit our new cozy one-story house, with a convenient location and everything you need to relax. This house is perfect for a getaway. If you’re on a business trip and tired of staying in a hotel, you will enjoy staying here! Boeing is 5 minutes away (Boeing Museum and Boeing airport), this home is located 30 minutes from 3 biggest casinos in the Northwest, great area for kids (there is Flying Squirrel trampoline parks 5 min a way), Mukilteo beach and Waterfront.
The space
The home is fully furnished with High-Speed WIFI

The living room is furnished with a seating area, TV and tv stand with family games, pillows and cozy throw.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the convenient items to make your stay more comfortable. Pots and Pans, Dishware/Flatware, Knife Set, Kids Dinnerware/Flatware, Toaster, Instant Pot. Mixer, Nespresso Coffee Maker and coffee capsules, Tea Kettle. The kitchen is stocked with enough supplies for 6 people.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, hangers, and shelves in the closet. The nightstands have Bluetooth chargers and speakers. Brand new bedding and towels. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and other essentials.

Guest bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, lamps, and hangers in the closet.

Guest bedroom 2 with two twin-size beds, side table, lamp and hangers in the closet.

Both bathrooms have bath towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner. A blowdryer and other essentials are all provided.

Pack & play, a highchair and other infant/toddler items are available upon request.

The patio area includes a BBQ and outdoor table with chairs.

Guests have access to everything in the unit.
***NO Smoking inside or outside.
Other things to note
If you are traveling with a big company, we have two more units available if you would all like to stay in the same place. This triplex has another unit with a 2 bedroom and another unit has 3 bedrooms.

Additionally, if you are traveling with a child or an infant, please let us know what essentials you need. We will do our best to make them available for you to make your trip more comfortable.

A very comfortable and quiet property. This home is clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable and at home. We loved the style. The defrosting bathroom mirrors were awesome, and the beds were so comfortable. We loved our stay!

Clean, Quiet, Peaceful

My family and I loved this place. Newly renovated and perfect for families with small children. Easy access to stores and the freeway. It was set back about 100 ft from the road so it was quiet. Plenty of parking on the driveway. Easy check-in/out process. The next time we are in the area, we would definitely consider staying here again.
